Last minute call to have a battery put in a Rado, I was doing a favor for my boyfriend. I called ahead of time and a lovely lady assured me they had the battery. JEAN-Jacques Mamie stopped what he was doing to help me. He got the watch working instantly. I had a wonderful experience!! Highly recommend.

This is a truly great jewelry selection. Many beautiful pieces to choose from including rings, watches, bracelets and lovely necklaces. Items are reasonably priced and sure to please. Jeremy was extremely helpful and professional and has great knowledge of jewelry. I highly recommend JJM you will be pleased!

Great selection of fine jewelry, watches, and random gifts. Don't be intimidated and assume everything is on the super high end because they have a pretty wide price range of beautiful jewelry. Salespeople are really nice and knowledgeable. Plus, it's in the gorgeous Monarch Beach Resort (formerly St Regis) so it's a treat to have a cocktail in front of the ocean view before/after visiting the store!
