FINALLY an auto glass place that does what they say, when they say they will do it. After 6 (yes, 6!) no shows from Safelite Auto Glass I was given the option to choose the company I would like to replace the windshield in my 2022 F-150 Lightning. Safelite absolutely could not figure out which windshield was supposed to go on my truck. I had so many cancellations and part mix-ups, delaying the replacement from when I made the claim in June to the end of September. I was put in touch with Elite by my insurance company and I was immediately aware I was in a better place. Elite stated they would use the VIN of my vehicle to find the correct part and call me back in 15 minutes to schedule the replacement. They called me back in 5 minutes and said they ordered the correct part and would be out in two days (one to receive the part, replacement the following day) to complete the work. The appointment was set for sometime between 9am and 11am. Elite showed up at 8:55am ready to do the work. What a difference from Safelite! The work was completed quickly and correctly the first time and I am now finally driving around with a crack-free windshield!I cannot more highly recommend an auto glass shop than I can recommend Elite Auto Glass. If you're looking around, look no further. This company is first rate!

They replaced the front windshield on my luxury SUV promptly and with friendly service. They talked to my insurance company who covered the OEM replacement which was an unexpected surprise. They also had to order a replacement connector that took a few more days to arrive and then they came to my house to swap it in to complete the job. Amazing service! Thank you!

A friend told me to try this place. I called 5 places for a quote and they never bothered calling back. I called back a couple days later and she said she left a message, well she must have called the wrong number. Their quote was $300 higher than any of the 5 including the Lincoln dealer. Tails wagging the dog here!

Awesome service and fast! My windshield cracked on a Friday and they had it repaired the next Monday. Prompt customer service and coordination with the insurance company. You just pay your co pay. Plus that they come to you, on time too! Technician was in and out under 30 minutes.

I wish I could give Bill 10-stars. Our car window was smashed in and we were able to have mobile service same-day, with a replacement window installed within a few short hours - service was great, efficient, informative and pleasant.

EXCELLENT customer service. They call you when they say, the time estimate is right on, ordering the glass and getting an appointment super FAST!!!!! This was my 2nd windshield replacement in 10 months, I did not return to the 1st company but choses Elite instead. I wont go anywhere else. These guys are great!

I wish I could give them 10 stars. Working with Elite Auto was a great experience. My insurance company gave me a list of companies I could choose from and luckily I chose them. Don't look at anyone else. A++ for customer service and great ownership.
