I purchased one several years ago on the recommendation of many reputable trainers and have been really happy with the product. Instructions were clear and helpful and it's easy for me to pick up and use even though it's not a daily training tool. A friend was considering one, so I lent her mine and she ended up liking it so much she purchased her own. I recently reached out with help on purchasing a second collar to link to my current set and they were fast and helpful in their response.
