Staff are knowledgeable and organized. Great customer service, very competitive prices and with services being top notch, you truely can't pass up the opportunity to check them out. Secure facility, with little time to get your vessel out and ready to pull away for day out on the deep blue.

Pulled our boat out over 2 months ago, but they are still billing us. Have been told numerous stories, from refund check is in the mail to a new person in accounting who is doing things differently. Every day is a new excuse. Ultimately, had to cancel debit card to prevent more charges next month. Will continue to request refund for 2 months fees, until we take them to small claims court.

These guys went out of their way to help me out of a tough situation with a boat salvage. I strongly recommend them.

Well, that was awesome. Called James to ask about what it would take to clean up/tune up the boat to get it ready for sale. (It's a 22 ft Glacier Bay Isle Runner catamaran, so it will sell for serious money, over $40k.) He came by the house a few hours later to take a look. He gave me an estimate, the phone number of his detailer, and even carried the old dead batteries down the ladder for me. I'm feeling lots better about the big job of getting this baby in the water and sold. Stay tuned. I'll be using his tuneup services in a week or two.

I have known James for 5 years. I first met him as an 18 year old kid who was very ambitious who also did very good work, and was very reliable. He worked on my Parker and did a very good job. His worked ranged from adding new trim tabs to major engine repair. He did great work. Most recently I had him do work on my 60 HP Yamaha. Again he did good work. He convinced me that I had corrosion on the lower unit and it needed to be replaced. He even send me digital photos of the problem area. I was convinced this was a problem waiting to happen. James put on a new lower unit and added new gauges. I was pleased with the outcome.

James helped me get an inverter installed on my sailboat. The wiring was messy from years of previous owners. Now its safe and I have a piece of mind. He's honest and available with any questions I have. Highly recommend, no need to look anywhere else. This is your guy.

James is an exceptional mechanic in every aspect. He has an intuitive feel for all aspects of a boat including, the engine, electrical and hydraulic systems. He was instrumental in getting an older boat I bought up to snuff after an extended period of it sitting around. His rates are reasonable and he is responsive, in spite of being in demand. He has my highest recommendation.

NO STAR Ok heres the long and short of it. 1. No security at night - no night lights 2. No water even though they tell you they have water you have to go to the wash rack to use it 3. No electrical even though they say they have it, good luck finding it and when you do it could be 100' away with people always fighting for 4 spots - its was actually faulty for 6 months that I was there and they wouldn't fix it 4. Code violations - yes, the city is always hassling them 5. No insurance - if someone breaks into your item - its 100 per cent your problem Id say find another place - they dont really need you or want you - its really a messy operation
