Simba our large orange kitty recently visited Dana Point Grooming & Pet Spa, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! He was shaved like a lion and looked absolutely adorable. Not only did he smell amazing, but his ears were also cleaned thoroughly, and he got a perfect nail trim. The groomer is hands down the best ever.

The cat groomer did a fantastic job on my Ollie cat. He is so clean and handsome. This was the first time he got a real bath, and he was such a good boy. We will definitely be going to her from now on. I highly recommend her for your cat. Fair pricing for her great service. Thanks again from me and Ollie.

This is the only groomer I will ever take my animals to! They always did a great job on my dog and they actually have an amazing cat groomer who does a fantastic job on my Persians. I have since gotten various members of my family to bring their dogs here and everyone is very happy and comfortable bringing their babies here. Staff is super easy to talk to and care a lot about the animals. I would and have recommended this place to anyone who is looking for a new place to take their pet.

My doggies love going there and seeing groomer Diane! I don’t know how she does it because one of the dogs is VERY high strung and I can’t even trim around his eyes. But somehow she is able to give him a beautiful haircut.

My friend and I did not have an appointment but our dogs needed their nails trimmed. We walked in and they were very busy but they told us to wait while they got their expert nail trimmer, Kate to come help us. Kate is very efficient and knowledgeable. She took care of both of our dogs in a matter of minutes! I have never walked into a dog grooming establishment without an appointment and was helped at all let alone in an enthusiastic and proficient manner. This establishment was very busy when we went in so it was amazing that they were able to accommodate us. All of the dogs that were being groomed looked relaxed and happy.

Been taking Echo here every three weeks. She is always happy to be there, so the people there must be really kind to her. Always leaves cute! Highly recommended!

I really wanted to like this place. Our dog went 3 times. The first time he developed a cough after from his neck being pulled on too hard. When I took him in for the next bath I let them know and they said they'd be more careful. After the second bath he developed a bad ear infection and the vet said water was trapped deep in the ear canal from a bath. Still I took him back for a third bath and this time his nails were cut too short and he was bleeding very badly. Will never return and do not recommend.

Lovely, caring staff. Brought our little gal in. Poor thing looked neglected. Her first all out grooming other than a trim at the Vet and some lite trimming at home. She came home happy and adorable! And, the staff their was the best! See them again in 3 weeks!

The place is really filthy. Our 35 pound doodle was there for 6 hours and came out with a buzz cut that I could have done in my garage.

My dog is 6 years old. Never had fleas. One week after my groom my dog is infested. And my dog had bloody toe nails. What a bummer
