Awful service. Literally 25 min in the line to get cash from account (beyond ATM limit).An only 2 people ahead of me.1 teller only. And SUPER slowwwwww.Chase - disappointed

Literally the worst chase bank ever. Just use the atm don't even bother using the branch part.

I have never written a negative review on Google like this before, but I really feel the need to share with anyone who is even considering banking at Chase Bank in Dana Point, to please read this review prior to your decision. I know this is long, but it's worth the read if you want to avoid wasting your time and money with this bank. My father passed away last year and I was in charge of handling his bank accounts, which unfortunately included several at Chase. Prior to the Dana Point branch opening this year, I attempted SEVERAL times to handle and close these accounts at another south county location and distribute to his beneficiaries. Mind you these were not large amounts of money. However, the incompetence and unprofessionalism from the bankers at both branches I encountered was unbelievable! The turnover of employees was also a huge factor in the repeated visits we had to do and we still are dealing with this 1-1/2 years later! The frustration I've experienced due to Chase bankers in the Dana Point branch has caused my blood pressure to skyrocket and I was actually hospitalized for it. Chase bankers at this Dana Point branch do not follow up with their customers and just give lip service to get you to leave without anything being resolved. I have filed a formal complaint with Chase customer service escalation department and plan to file complaints with the Office of the Comptroller, Federal Reserve Bank and the FDIC. Chase is holding onto money that rightfully belongs to my father's estate and refusing to distribute it to his beneficiaries by repeatedly demanding the same paperwork over and over again and claiming they have no record of receiving it. Even though I have repeatedly gone into the branch to provide documentation for them to fax to the "appropriate department" (supposedly some "back office"). Please do yourself a favor and do not bank with this bank!

I can’t even put into words what a disappointment this company is. The horrendous bank teller Myra got up in my face and verbally harassed me, in front of a store full of people. She wouldn’t stop and I started to believe she was going to get physical. Made me cry out of frustration with this bank and then continued to harass be by making fun of me for crying. Who is that insecure and power hungry to make a woman cry? Apparently Myra. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect and unprofessional behavior in my life. Linda the banker who I’ve been working with for months is completely incompetent and has made my situation a nightmare by messing up paperwork, and basically doing her job incorrectly all around. She also refused to meet with me when I needed it a situation resolved that only she could resolve (by another one of her mistakes made). I truly would give zero stars if I could and I will never be returning to any chase banks in the future. I won’t be stopping until I get both these people fired. The lack of customer service is beyond me. The employees give false information and don’t know how to do their jobs, multiple times I was telling them what to do and I had to go there FIVE different times to rectify my situation and it still hasn’t been fixed. They don’t respect or care for their customers in the slightest. Do not ever give them your business or time.

Witnessed a women employee yell at a young girl this afternoon in Chase bank. In all my years it was very unprofessional and one of the most absurd things I’ve seen. Luckily I saw her name and it was Myra. Definitely won’t be returning to this store again after the way they treated her. Shame on you!

very bad. I went in to open another account with Chase. I asked to talk to Norman the manager because I had spoken to him before. They said he was in a meeting and put me with someone else. What a mistake. After 20 minutes she still didn't know how to open a checking account. I asked her how long it would take. She said 45 minutes. I told her I'd come back to sign things when she was set up. She said no, you have to wait here?I left my number for Norman to call me. He never did. I called the branch and got a recording that they we busy and to call later.

Fantastic new location! Both Elizabeth (amazing bank teller) and Norman (Branch Manager) assisted us. Fantastic customer service, and felt the genuine care of each individual. My son was getting antsy and Elizabeth jumped into action and help my wife and I complete our tasks with Norman. Overall a great customer service experience and great individuals! I highly recommend this branch.
