Buying a new iPhone threw me into password hell, lol. I'm laughing now but was frantic when I walked into Chase Dana Point during my lunch hour. Maureen U. came over and immediately helped me get my account back in order. I am so grateful because I was worried that I was going to pay late fees on some of my online bills. Thank you so much!

Rude dismissive and talking over me HARVEY told me the bank has nothing to do with unauthorized funds debited from m account! I respectfully reached out to the manager ARANG- who told me Harvey was on a lunch break at 1:50 when the bank closes at 2 on the weekend. Go to another branch unless you like to be abused

Had such a great experience and great customer service. Maureen went out of her way to find a solution for me, no questioned asked. Even thought it was a bit of struggle to find what it is I needed, she took her time and made sure my issue was resolved. Thank you so much for the great customer service and experience. This is a great location and very convenient. They have 20 minute parking next to the bank and lots of parking close by if you want extra time. There's also coffee, grocery and pharmacy locations in the proximity that make it easy to do a few things without having to drive all over the place.

Worst customer service ever. I have a chase credit card, checking account and Merril lynch. I went in person today because I had a bill that had some surf wax or something on the corner. I asked to exchange it. A snippy girl interrupted me and grabbed the bill from the teller. Her name is Teri. She said she is the manager on duty. She said this is "contaminated" money we can't exchange it. What? This is while they are passing the bill around with no gloves on etc. All during covid. I don't think Teri was wearing a mask either. I'd never seen her before so I told her I'm a good customer. She got even more rude. I said what if I go clean it off with something and she said no, it would be more contaminated. Then a girl yells from another teller spot "why don't you go to a gas station." Unbelievable. I usually deal with the private bankers, Brad and Trevor, at this branch. They weren't there today. I said maybe I should bank at the gas station. They didn't care. Not only is Teri rude and incompetent, but she is also setting an example for the new teller. Everyone has same interest rates. Customer service is the difference. I would like to get a call from Chase. Might be time to change my accounts.

they refuse to answer the GD phone! There is no excuse for not answering the phone ! I'm taking every dime out of this bank and never setting foot in it again! horrible horrible customer service in fact there is no service at all I've been on this phone for over an hour!

We had a wonderful experience with this branch of Chase. We had opened an account at another branch and they didn't open it correctly so our account was restricted and we weren't able to access our money. We called this branch and they got us in right away and Travis got it all worked out for us even before we showed up for the appointment. He was professional and even said he would follow up with us later to make sure it all worked out. We were very happy with our experience there.

The bankers are okay, they're helpful but their computers are slow. At least 4 different bankers have told me they've complained about their computers but management hasn't been helpful. The female blonde branch manager is an absolute unhelpful mess. Today I came in, she was sitting at her desk eating. She sees me, calls me over to her while she stays seated (talking with food in her mouth) and asks what I want. I tell her, she then tells me to go back and sit down because she's not working today, it's directing traffic....... so I go back to my seat haha wait 20 minutes while she awkwardly sits there, eating her food not talking to customers or helping bankers. Just eating, staring, doing nothing..... My banker eventually needed help with something, he didn't bother asking her. He waited for another banker to free up and asked him. Ugh
