One was formerly an elderly person's car that had pretty extensive mystery damage, and Alex was great at working with the insurance company to figure out claims and coverage. What wasn't covered we paid cash to fix and felt it was a fair deal. Overall a very pleasant experience with something that is generally a huge hassle. I recommend this place to family and friends.
