The most hopeless Albertsons in SoCal. Restroom is in a mysterious section. Dog droppings everywhere. Pharmacy is a local chat room. Constructions everywhere and there are unsupervised children running around parking lot. .

I am so impressed by the customer service at this location , Karina went above and beyond to help me find Chinese five spices ; Spend good amount of time to help me with the digital coupon savings she is so wonderful .I am visiting Dana point ; I travel often and been to so many different grocery stores over the country, so far this is the best experience I ever had! Thumb up!

What are you guys going to do about the cashier Karina?! Time and time again she is rude to the employees and keeps talking about her personal life. Not to mention she holds up the lines and complains that no one is there to help! Maybe if she didn't talk about her personal life to customers like they are her therapist this store can get customers out more quickly instead of pissing everyone off including the people she works with. I've been shopping here for years and nothing has changed!

The cashier this morning in checkout line 1 was rude. She was older with brown hair. I had a basket and I asked where I should put it. She gave me a bitchy stair, didn't say anything and pointed at the front door. She then gave me my receipt and said nothing to me the whole time. If you hate your job quit!! Horrible customer service.
