rude workers. invasive. disrespectful and unprofessional

I went in and asked some sales guy with shoulder length brown hair if they had pants on sale? He pointed vaguely to another area of the store then said. ' did you come in to the seramonte store last week? " . I looked around to see if he was maybe talking to someone else. I said "um ..no." then he's like" oh because you look like someone else who came into the store in serramonte last week".Me: "hmm ..nope". Him: "ok , ahh... you sure?".Me : "um , yup." Him: "you look like the guy that stole a board from serramonte, are you positive that is not you?" .1. If you suspect suspicious activity , stay alert. Don't attempt to gain a confession from a customer weeks later 2. even if I did , why I'm gonna tell you, slow your role junior crime stopper.3. Asking a stranger if he was involved in criminal activity is a good way to get yourself hurt. Unless you are in a position to do something bout it, you are better off doing some folding and shelving youngster.

Please do not go to Serramonte Zumies If you want to feel disrespected. I went In to buy my kid some clothes for back to school. A guy welcomed us In, everything was fine until I asked this girl about the deals they had. She rudely looked up and down at me and said yes It says it right here. She was wearing black sweats with a black hoodie. I love the store Zumies but when a worker is being rude and giving me some type of attitude they don't deserve my sale. Please train your workers better. Us customer do not deserve this type of disrespect especially coming from a worker.

Please do not shop here if you value your self respect. Please don't ask any questions unless you wanna be talked to like your stupid. Asked about the 50% off deal and BOGO - asked to make sure they both qualify for the promo, was told "that's what sale means". Rude as you can get for customer service for a simple question.

I went in with my son to buy a skateboard deck and all the hardware to build a skateboard. They said they would put it together. BTW, I never write reviews and especially bad ones but this experience stressed me out. When we came back each bearing was not seated correctly and they stuck outside of the wheel about a quarter of an inch. I asked to switch out the wheels as exposed bearings are not safe and get dirty faster. They said that they wouldn't except the return, final sale!!? I was still in the store, not one sign visible stating any policies, not even on the receipt. Matter of fact on the receipt it states returns accepted. They went out of their way to challenge my request telling me I needed to buy another set of wheels. Even after seeing the bearings did not fit they continued building the deck. The woman putting the skateboard was nice but the manager was not interested in customer service at all! They made me feel like a monster asking to switch out the wheels. The wheels were only $25 and stores factor in mishaps. They could still sell them as the packaging was still there. I have no idea why they would put up so much resistance. We had just spent $180. They are supposed to be the experts. They gave us a selection of hardware to pick from. They should know if the bearings would fit into a wheel given the package deal offer. They looked at it as we picked it and now you are stuck with it. We chose to go into the store so we could ask questions. They were not knowledgeable about the merchandise and I was told I was misguided if I thought they should know their products. Unless you know exactly what you want or know the characteristics of the hardware and that everything fits I would not recommend. I also believe these Spitfire wheels were defective or old. 8mm bearings should have fit. Frustrating experience. I should have gone to a locally owned shop but my son wanted a board from there. Ruined the whole experience of gifting the board to my son for Christmas.
