Sara was very helpful in resolving an issue I had when a competitor raised the sale price of an item I just wanted resized. The representative at Kay Jewelers did a good job, but had no way to override a price, so I went over to Zales where Sara did a wonderful job swooping up a sale.

The manager was the nicest most informed customer service rep. She’s a great sales person because I was just picking up an ear ring order and left out with a credit card, two necklaces and a bracelet. Her sales associates are amazing as well
