Very shady, untrustworthy and uses 'dynamic' pricing to trick youWe were promised a deal, and I specifically asked if I sign up for mobile, will the internet promo continue after 2 years, and the chat rep confirmed that Xfinity will continue to honor.2 years pass, and the invoice amount increase 2.5X! I thought it was an error, and then began the runaround of over 3 hours, being passed around 3 different chat agents, they were pleasant, they had system issues throughout, and kept passing us around to 'senior' specialists.We finally decided to cancel! Esp. after the price they commit, wasn't the same in the contract. And they blamed system issues. Also whenever I login to my account, I see different pricing for the same downgrade. I seriously wish they wouldn't play games and just stick to a fixed price. Once we agree, we both honor it.Super disappointed and would not recommend xfinity! Don't get me started on how they do with promised speeds either.

Avoid Xfinity and this branch. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Arrive at 6pm to pick up the wifi router. There are still customers in the store and one guy closes the door in front of me after I told him I’m here just to pick up a package, saying they are closed already. And they have a notice saying temporarily closed at 6pm everyday for no reasons despite the official closing time is at 7pm.

Always a good experience at this store. In fact, there is an Xfinity store closer to my house but I drive just a little further because of the better customer service at the Serramonte location.

I'm writing a review for my mom Eleanor who is a Senior citizen and who went to this store on Friday and spoke to Amir Abbishi and he listened to my moms concerns about the box she tried to hook about and was kind and patient with her (not like the coworker next to him , who kept laughing behind my mom !) jerk move ! Amir was amazing to my mom and I thank him for that ! My only hope for this post is that the company takes to heart what my mom saw of the other guy and to this as a training lesson to make sure they talk to all the employees at all your stores! I'd give 5 stars to Amir but 1 star of the feeling my mom felt as she left your store knowing another salesperson was laughing behind her back ! Upset customer

It my first time yo go in Xfinity serramonte mall. I came yesterday right after my work. So I went inside and I ask this Asian guy skinny not that tall. I didn't get his name. If he can help me. He's kind of rush and hesitating to help me about the iPhone 15. And the way he approaches to sit in the couch is it's not appropriate. He was so rude. So I step out, I told him never mind! So I In AT&T. Their service is way better and I got my iPhone 15 pro max.

General manager and store worker were extremely rude and unprofessional. Looking to change plan and didn’t want to help us at all. First the worker was unhelpful then the gm supported him. She was like “oh well” can’t help you. 10 year customer, will look to move on.

1. Customer Service is nice. But Xfinity kinda racism for 94066. It skipped the whole San Bruno city not providing service. Even this store 10mins away from my house. 2. Customer Service said he can not even submit the ticket to report issue.
