“This place has a beautiful variety of scrubs with different styles and gorgeous colors for both men and women. Ms. Lorna is a sweetheart and helpful in ordering the style and exact color that I wanted for my scrubs. The prices are affordable and I will always be a customer here. Thank you Ms. Lorna! ?”

“This place is huge on the inside. It's clean and organized. I'm not a fan of shopping so, I was here to pick up an online order. I couldn't miss the special sale they had going for $3 tank tops. Pickup was easy and avoided digging for the size I needed. People who worked there were super nice and directed me to where the pick up area was. A pleasant experience.”
“This Macy's location has lots of parking, it is easy to get to because it is right off the freeway. There are always sales going on, so it is pretty easy to find what you're looking for at a reasonable price. There are two floors in this department store. My favorite section is on the second floor and it's called "Backstage" and that's where all the discounted items are. I recommend checking it out because there is always something new for such good prices. The downside to this store is sometimes they seem understaffed maybe, because I have had numerous issues with trying to find someone to help me if I have questions. And there aren't a lots of cashiers open. Buy if you go on a slow day, you can be in and out in a reasonable amount of time.”
“I like uniqlo for their socks, airism drawers and most recently airism joggers. The Serramonte store is pretty big and well organized and neat. The self checkout is pretty straightforward, but they also have enough people to help you check out if the lines are getting long. Good quality and updated clothes. Not exactly the most interesting fashion, but it gets the job done!”
“I'm not sure what department she was from but I was lucky enough to catch her name. Joyce from this store gave by far one of the best customer service experiences I ever had and that's coming from someone whose half of his work life so far is from CSR work. I went in there completely overwhelmed and stressed trying to prepare last minute for an event and I'm glad to say i was lucky she was there. She gave me good advice, suggested the proper attire and didnt hate me for taking long trying on the clothes. Went in lost, left well dressed with a boost of joy ?? Give this lady a raise”

Me and my daughter would like to say THANKS to ATEH JACKIE. She is a very Chill person and Very helpful. Even though she was Busy, she always went back to us to help my daughter pick out a fit for upcoming school dance. She really Cared and always wanted to see how the clothes fit and always gave her 2 cents in how to make it look even better. And most of all, HER KNOWLEDGE with fashion was a PLUS, I’m single dad so this is not my area of Expertise. Thank you Ateh Jackie for your help, we will look for you next time we come in.
