“I love this stores since a long time ago so I don’t have anything wrong to say about them because every time I’m at one, the products are incredible and the staff is kinds and helpful. You will always find a place where you can buy 3 products and pay just one of them. I always find something that I like. They tend to give hot cash with your purchase which you can use from certain date to certain date.”

“Had great sales and the employee Dory helped us find everything we needed in the store. They gave us a big bag to put all our items in while shopping. Very enjoyable ?”

“Fairly organized store with a good selection.

They need to do something about the checkout line. It should not be a place where returns are processed, as it hacks up the line. I was in like for 25 minutes yesterday.”

“I had the best experience today at the store. Lorna bent over backwards to help me find the correct size scrubs and even ordered me a size in a particular color that I really liked. The store has a variety of colors and styles that are very flattering. I love supporting stores like this!”

“I like uniqlo for their socks, airism drawers and most recently airism joggers. The Serramonte store is pretty big and well organized and neat. The self checkout is pretty straightforward, but they also have enough people to help you check out if the lines are getting long. Good quality and updated clothes. Not exactly the most interesting fashion, but it gets the job done!”

“I usually go to the Sloat in SF because it's closer but coming out this way made the trip worth it . The variety is larger and I found items they don't have at Sloat and I ended up getting more than I was searching for but didn't want to pass up”

“I just skipped the line and just threw the outfit away in the trash up front (no recycle bin), totally saves time, disappointment and money! Okay, not really, but I described a more efficient faster fashion.”

“This Macy's location has lots of parking, it is easy to get to because it is right off the freeway. There are always sales going on, so it is pretty easy to find what you're looking for at a reasonable price. There are two floors in this department store. My favorite section is on the second floor and it's called "Backstage" and that's where all the discounted items are. I recommend checking it out because there is always something new for such good prices. The downside to this store is sometimes they seem understaffed maybe, because I have had numerous issues with trying to find someone to help me if I have questions. And there aren't a lots of cashiers open. Buy if you go on a slow day, you can be in and out in a reasonable amount of time.”

“I like this MACY'S a lot. The jewelry department is excellent. I buy jewelry here almost exclusively. They have pay-over-time with a MACY'S card and Jewelry Repair ‍ Plans, which I highly recommend. If you gain and lose weight a lot, the jewelry repair plan allows you to get your rings sized for free. Most of the staff there in jewelry are really nice and helpful, but it is sometimes understaffed and you might have to wait a little to get assistance with your purchases. But when the associates are helping you, they focus on you, not on trying to do a bunch of things at once, or helping a bunch of people at once, which is refreshing. Whenever I've had a return or an exchange or need my jewelry serviced, they are always helpful, including the department manager, he's a good guy.The candy section is undersized and could use some improvement, especially their nearly non-existent Godiva section. If you want a Godiva selection, hit the MACY'S in San Mateo, they have a lot of good selections over there. The makeup departments there are great, I got one of them to do my wedding makeup . This was a few years' back, but if you buy some makeup, it's free.My only other grouse is that sometimes later in the evening, before closing, there is not enough staff to go around, really. Also, for you jewelry fans like myself, be aware that the Jewelry Department closes 1 hour before the store does.”
