Good place to do laundry, clean facility and never that crowded. Watch out for going out back though the owner of the U-haul business next door is racist and tells people there not aloud back there and threatens to call the police.

If you want to do your laundry, this place is a laundry heaven. I've never seen a bigger or cleaner laundromat than this one. The proprietors are very helpful and courteous, which adds to the enjoyment of the visit. The spotless and roomy environment is enhanced by the numerous charging outlets and the practical tap-to-pay feature. It's a great option in Daly City and I highly suggest it to anyone looking for excellent laundry services.

Ok location is close to home. But the machine gives $1 coins.. the washer takes the $1 coins but the dryer doesn't! So u have to convert $1 coins to quarters. Makes no sense but ok and the washer is a little high $$ but new equipment and clean location!

I love this place but it's the 4th time I show up and we aren't able to use restrooms. It really sucks because sometimes it takes a few hours to get laundry done and there's no restrooms. It would also be nice if there's was someone at all times when needed help.

Restroom issue:I've noticed that the bathroom is consistently closed on Saturdays, including today (08/26/2023), and on previous days. I'm unsure of the reason behind this. We've been doing laundry here for a while, but we might consider moving elsewhere for bathroom access. According to the female employee, she's hesitant to let customers use it, fearing it might get dirty. In my opinion, her reasoning might not be entirely valid.I would have given more stars if it wasnt for the restroom issue.

Everything was in working order and the laundrymat was clean. ATM, dollar and coin machines as well as soap machine available.

I always go to this place to wash, and for the first time I asked about the bathroom and they told me it was out of order. How sad because I like this place.

I have been comng to this laundromat for quite a while and everything was good and calm and peaceful until this Filipino lady who is acting if she was the owner of the laundromat. Even the owner do not act like she does. She just noticed and picks on everything that the customer do , she's quite loud and obnoxious. I also observe that some customer gets annoyed by her. I'm sorry but doing the laundry is sometimes a silent therapy for some customers but when the Filipino lady is there, ugh! it doesn't happen. It's her authority aura When the owner is not there! Ugh! I want to thank Eva is who is Excellent! She's friendly and peaceful and calm. She steps in when customer needs her and when theres an obvious wrongdoing. How it should be! filipino lady needs to take a chill pill and let the laundromat have a peaceful friendly vibe again. Stop fixin something that ain't broken, lady. you're not the owner! I hope the owner Jim recognize this! I don't normally leave comment butbecuase I have observed this lady and how other customers are when she's around , I'm not the only one who felt like this. You can feel the viibe And it's not good.

Rude trashy customers who hog machines and carts - not entirely the establishments fault but maybe staff could remind people they need to vacate carts if not using them - putting a plastic bag in your cart doesn't count.

I’ve been coming here for many years and I’ve always been happy with the washers and dryers. I was pleasantly surprised one day when I came here. The employee was so polite, energetic and making sure customers were helped. She was even steam cleaning all the washers. I’ve never seen any other laundromats do that ever. What a great way to ensure the machines are well maintained, cleaned and sanitized. Thank you for doing that.

I’m a customer since 2016 ,the lady work in the weekdays is nice and approachable,really love to do laundry here until this new Filipina lady works in the weekend , she is very rude,unprofessional ,laughing loud and gossiping about other customers.She is rushing me to do my laundry.really feel bad ..terrible experience with this new lady who work in the week end.Bad customer service.

today try to wash in that place. I changed for rooms to later go get my clothes but a rude woman did not let me out until I left what she had changed. It's a terrible place to go wash

I usually wash my laundry during the weekdays but last weekend I ended up doing it on the weekend. I was extremely busy but to my surprise the lady that was working kept herself busy, assisted everyone and was so helpful. Such a big difference in comparison to the lady that works during the weekday who sits in the back with friends eating all the time. The machines were all in working condition, thanks to the owners who keeps them in properly working. Place was just so clean this weekend and really does not compare to weekdays that usually is a big mess.
