It's been a while that whenever I use the drive in ATM, I get the wrong receipt or no receipt at all. Today I withdrew some money and I received this receipt. I have to check my WFB app to make sure that I still have the right amount of money in my account. Please check your ATM machine.

STAFF IS RUDE AND RACIST Vanna as well as a woman with glasses (didn't catch her name- said she was the branch manager) are completely unprofessional. I can not believe the way I was treated in 2024! Absolutely horrible and both of them are a disgrace to say they represent Wells Fargo. They were extremely rude, unhelpful, and even unwilling to listen or help with a resolution. I'm very disappointed that these are the kind of people running a branch. I can't imagine what it must be like to work for such incompetent prejudice people.

HIRE MORE BANK TELLERS!!! Jesus Christ its the same thing every week! The line is out of the door and it's starting to take 30+ mins just to cash a check. I'd expect this from Bank of America but I left them for Wells Fargo because Wells Fargo used to have bank tellers always available. Now it's becoming as trashy as Bank of America. Is management actively trying to lose customers or what????

This branch seems like if it’s located in a third world country… there’s 20ppl in line and only 2 tellers. Such an extremely long wait for simple basic banking. Third time I’ve been here, and still as bad

TRUST all of the reviews that say this specific branch is so slow. I've been into this branch a handful of times (to deposit for a business) and every time they have a long line and always only 2 bank tellers available. You're lucky if you see 3 of them. I don't know why, and I don't understand why there are also so many people just walking around instead of jumping behind the counter to help out and reduce the long line. This branch does not focus on customer service. This is the LAST time i'm going to this location.

Very incompetent management. I came in around noon and there were at least 15 people in line when I heard the manager say to one of the tellers “ Go take your lunch “ leaving only 1 teller to assist at least a dozen customers. I also learned that 2 more employees were on their lunch at the time while the manager was just standing around looking. You go to other WF branches and when it is a busy time, managers are always out on the floor assisting guests while the one here in Serramonte clearly does not understand how to manage a team and a business. I hope higher management sees this review and takes action and replace the incompetent manager with someone who knows how to play around a team.

I’ve worked with banks for many years, and understand that 1-2 employees aren’t the reflection of an entire company. However at this branch, there is a culture of absolute grotesque rudeness, by too many names to even mention here (management included).Due to an error in the WF fraud department (an error by Wells Fargo, not mine) I was instructed to rush to a branch, and the manager would vouch for me as a WF client. I arrived at 5:05pm (five mins after they closed), and kindly asked the young man manning the door if I could just speak to the manager for 1 min. He (Andrew) refused to call her. As customers continued to exit the building, he simply would refuse to even listen to my request. Eventually Vanna (who says she isn’t a manager or supervisor) allows another customer to leave. I begged her to at least listen to my request, but she said they were closed and simply wouldn’t not even say “I’m sorry, there’s nothing we can do…” WF made a mistake, this branch made it worse, and I am taking my commercial and personal accounts elsewhere. I’m sure there are many other banking institutions who will gladly work with us.
