Worst pharmacy as far as waiting times. Usually only one window open even though there are several people inside setting up meds . Wait times can be 30 minutes or longer. They need to prioritize those who are standing in line, many of whom are elderly and / or disabled. It's this way 90% of the time.

Rude pharmacy person, no customer service at all. She has no business answering the phones.

This location is the worst!!!!! Everything is looked up but yet you can't get someone to open anything.. customer service sucks!!! I waited for help for 20min for cream!!! Finally got help once I started complaining!!! This is ridiculous!! Get it together Walgreens!! You need to have more employees on the floor.. receiving 1 star was generous

This pharmacy is disorganized and unreliable. They have mixed up my records multiple times and failed to follow up nearly every time.

As much as possible I don’t like to pick up my prescription at this location but due to some circumstances at Webster San I don’t have a choice not to go to this place some of the stuff are nice and helpful

Appointments here are 9 out of 10 miss. Currently standing, waiting for my turn for vaccine for almost 40 mins. Original schedule 1415 and came at 1359. I understand if they are short staffed but waiting like this is such a waste of my time. I have errands to do and other appointments throughout the day. I hope they just block some hours if they can't accommodate everyone on time. Then the cashiers here are lazy. They don't even check when customers asked for something. The cashier that I particularly dealt with doesn't know how to work the system and instead of asking someone for help she just said "nothing I can do". She just kept chatting with another clerk in their language. So disrespectful. Just go to the westborough branch. That one has respectful workers and much more variety of products than this branch.

The Walgreens website has you make a appointment for a vaccine thru the website. I did just that, made a appointment and scheduled it for 10/17/2023 at 11:45am. I get in line around 10:40am. I'm waiting in line with people who didn't schedule a appointment but most are there to pickup a prescription. Long story short, i didn't get my flu shot until 1pm. In fact they called the woman behind me first and she told the woman who gave me my shot I was there before her. Then the woman administering the vaccine was going to take the man who checked in after me. I told her no, she needs to find out where's my paperwork as I had my appointment at 11:45am, the woman behind me had her appointment at 12 noon and the man after me had his appointment at 12:15. Again it was 1pm when I FINALLY got my flu vaccine. This by far is the worst pharmacy! They need to take people who are there just for vaccines at a different window and not have them wait in line for with people who are there just to pickup a prescription. I will never go to Walgreens for vaccines. CVS has a way better way of the way you pickup your prescription and get a vaccine.

It takes long to get a covid test. The communication is also difficult during the drive-thru process.

Not a great experience here. Line at the pharmacy was only a few deep but took 20 minutes. Means that they are understaffed for their customer volume. Pharmacist was not particularly friendly either. Perhaps because of the previously mentioned understaff.

They are not efficient when giving the medication prescription There has been a line in the drive through for a long time and most of the people picking there meds up means its ready to be picked up but again its been like this for years.

Been going to this Walgreens for more than a decade. The store has improved so much in the past few years. The basic necessities are locked up, due to the store’s ongoing problem with theft. I would rather have the toothbrushes and deodorants locked up than have this store closed. The store is too convenient and a great benefit to the community it serves. Although the perimeter of the store has a good number of garbage in the surroundings (which is really out of the employees control, if there are troubled individuals that seems to mistake the parking lot as a junk yard) New Management has turned the store around, and I see more smiles every time I walk in this store, which is a drastic change from my decade long experience of going to this store.

Just wanted to give a shout out to great customer service. I had placed an order to have a number of prints picked up for a memorial on Saturday and when I arrived I noticed that one of the 8x10 prints was incorrectly cropped. The sales assistant Ibrihim was very patient explaining what probably happened and ask me to reorder the 8x10. Lo and behold the print was incorrectly cropped once again. Patiently Ibrihim explained that there was a cropping tool in the App and to try once more. As the saying goes, the third time is the charm. Ibrihim , thanks for your patience and for explaining how to crop photos in the App itself. In this day and age it's a pleasure to have someone show great customer service skills . Walgreens, keep an eye on this person. He is going places.....

Very clean and the staff at this store are friendly and hospitable. Only thing I don't like is that almost everything is locked up.
