Pharmacy is understaffed and painfully slow. Not sure if I trust the pharmacist to administer vaccines either. The 1 second alcohol wipe and zero interest in confirming which shots were warning signs.

This Walgreens pharmacy has a very bad customer service. Expect to wait for over 30 minutes to pick up your prescriptionThey put incapable workers who don’t care about customers’ time. Ineffective and poor management

Wow this pharmacy gave me the wrong pills! I don’t expect much, but I expect to get my actual medication. Good thing I noticed as soon as I was going to take my medication the next day and wasn’t in too much danger. The pharmacist said “we’ll have to look into how that happened” when I brought the bottle back.

I just walked in to this location on February 3, 2023 at 1PM, i had a directv stream box with it's accessories in a bix i waled over to see if could get a label printed and the guy who was there I think he is a manager he yelled at me in a very loud and rude manner, I kept telling him "ok ok" a few times telling about a code from an email that I never got from DirecTV which I told him I never got it and i was checking my email for it while he was doing something on the computer. He started lecturing me about the stupid code that i should have got im an email for him to be able to print a label for that's when I started to walk away really mad.

I stopped by the pharmacy today in hopes to pick up my moms medicine. The prescription was supposed to be picked up yesterday but unfortunately they were shut down. After being in line for about 30 mins. We were asked for name and phone #. The girl that was helping me out looked like she had no idea of what she was doing. She asked for assistance from someone else to whom i had to repeat the information all over again. Apparently, no information was found in their system. . My mother has been coming to pick up her medicine here all the time and we were told that they couldn't find her information.She started getting defensive when I told her i needed the medicine for my mom since she had gotten surgery yesterday and needed it for yesterday. She went to her manager and told him about the situation, he pointed at the screen and said i see nothing, instead of coming in to us explaining why we weren't giving our medicine or what we could do in that case. Unbelievable, rude and slow service!

Terrible service. Long wait times and untidy aisles. I try to avoid this Walgreens whenever I can.Update - Last time I used this Walgreens they denied my prescription claiming my insurance wasn't active. Turns out the pharmacist typed in my number wrong!

Worst pharmacy staff ever. Expect 50-60minute delays for basic prescriptions after reaching the counter and speaking to the pharmacist. This is in addition to waiting in line.For instance, I had to pick up a prescription cream for our infant son who was in writhing pain. Nedita, the pharmacist took 67 minutes (SIXTY SEVEN!) to get a tube of cream from a shelf behind the counter.Highly recommend filling your prescriptions elsewhere. There is no sense of purpose, let alone emergency.Update: They gave a different prescription for our 7month old son because “it was similar to what the doctor prescribed” and we had to rush him to Urgent Care!!

Get your pick up order here! I usually never like going inside Walgreens, CVS, etc but curbside pick up is my thang! Order from your phone, clip your coupons, and have it brought to your car within 5 minutes! So much easier and faster. Definitely coming back to this location, staff were super nice as well!

I've given this pharmacy a fair shot, stuck with them for years in hopes that the service would improve and they would train/ hire professional, sensible employees. Unfortunately it is one disappointment after another. I've been presented with issues, no information other than "I don't know/ do what you want". Never have I been greeted, it's always a next, what?! If you are in a field where you deal with the public, and more so, with a community that is vulnerable (because if you are in need of medication/ sick you need a little assistance and compassion) you need to be patient, helpful, and professional. If the employees are overwhelmed and taking it out on the clients, than management needs to look into relieving their stress. Whoever is in charge of recruiting at this pharmacy is performing poorly.

I walked into the store and return an item for my husband w/o the receipt. Cashier was rude about it for no reason. I told her I was still going to shop and had shown her my bag because it had items I needed to return at targets. About five minutes later I realized one item in my bag was from Walgreen not targets, so I went back to the cashier and tried to return it and was asked by the manger, " why did I walk around the store and now returning a second item"? She then accused me of stealing. I was shocked, upset and embarrassed all at the same time. When i asked her for her name she refused and said, " I do not care what you want and walked away. I realize that theft is high at Walgreens in general but to flat out and start just accusing people for "walking around" is insane. I filled a complaint immediately and went to the Walgreens Westland where they return item and were Courteous.
