$70 for a plain mani-pedi!!! I asked for a buff on both hands and feet and they charged me $5 more for each. $80 mani-pedi for me.
My friend got a mani-pedi with polish on her feet and gel on her hands and hers cost $85. They didn't clean up the stray polish on her cuticles or fingers. And her French tips were uneven.
For $5 more I should have gotten polish!
Overpriced for nothing special.
I won't be back and DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Yeah won't be going back.. so the lady that did my pedicure tried to take care of an problem toe. (I will spare the specific details) Today I woke up to my toe sore. And not only that the lady says, "let's let your toe dry." Yeah she said and watched her phone for what seemed like 20-30 mins. I got up and left.. (I did pay)

I thought I'd give this place a try despite the low review. The place is clean and very convenient to my place. However, I had the worst experience! I asked for french tip. Sure, I know that could be quite challenging but I was surprised how sub par my nails turned out. My polish had small bubbles, the lines were wonky, and to make it worse I had white polish under my nails, around the cuticles and fingers. I asked the lady to try to clean it for me and kept putting oil on my hands to try to hide them. I showed her the areas where there were still nail polish and she started filing and cutting my skin to take away the polish. . I complained 3 times about it and she kept doing the same thing. I even told her to stop cutting them coz it started to hurt as she was cutting too much skin already. I left the place very disappointed. I will never go back nor I will recommend that place.

Such a pleasurable experience at W Nail ? Vianna was the best I love the set she did as well as the great conversation during her work. Truly a sweetheart. Very welcoming and accommodating. 100% worth your time and money!

Honestly the worst nail salon you could ever think of going to. There is this one lady who is extremely rough when doing my nails. There are occasions where I don't always have cash on me so I usually tip through my card. When you don't have cash, the nail technicians start talking rudely in their language and start screaming that I am cheap. I try to avoid this nail salon at all costs.

My gel manicure chipped within a week. The polish the manicurist used was clumpy, overused, and definitely needed to be replaced! Very disappointed I wasted my money here.

Keeping my four star review post pandemic. The place isn't luxurious- though they recently did a much needed partial facelift. Chairs need new padding and covers. But the staff is always very welcoming and they do a good job on my toes. (I don't bother with nails because I'm an artist and there's no point!) I love close by and this have been over 50 times I'm guessing. The new gel colors with metallic tiger eye is awesome. Can't speak to waxing - not my thing. Shout out to their independent contractor Leanne who does hair as well.

This place has terrible customer service. They were very rough and I felt like they were just rushing through the services. The nail tech also asked if I wanted my nails cut. I feel like that's a given. Then when I replied that I did she cut one hand in the shape of the square and the other round. Then she asked me after the fact.none of my nails were even. Also she did such a lazy job on my hands she didn't reach all the sides. I feel like I shouldn't have to constantly correct someone on their job. I understand people are particular about their nails but I'm pretty low maintenance in the sense that I just want them nicely painted. Massage was super lazy as well. They did not make me feel welcome. They took the colors away from me and gave them to a veteran customer. Customer service being so poor was that they definitely were much nicer to her than me. I also said almost nothing in this session to make them act so rude. Almost didn't want to tip but I know they rely on that. But I will not be returning.Services: Gel manicures
