Went to this location since it’s the only one nearby.The guy working there seems like he’s still trying to figure out or not sure what to do. There’s not a lot of customers but he made us wait told us to come back. We came back just for him and the lady to tell us to call customer service . We still have questions but it seems like the lady he told us to talk to was in a rush ready to leave not even 5 minutes of us talking. For me, the guy could’ve just told us to call customer service instead of making us wait and come back for nothing. He even told us things that did not happen. What a waste of time.

Can I give 0 stars?This store referred me to customer service, and when I called in, customer service tried to reach the store unsuccessfully. Customer Service was NOT impressed by what the Serramonte store did to me. If that was the end of the story, I'd say go to T-mobile.However, customer service convinced us to go to the SSF store, where a sales associate (Drake) spent hours on my phone, up to tier 2 service. Thank you for trying!!Unfortunately, my phone is a brick, permanently. I am without a cell phone and have to wait until the 31st until my s24 comes in. But Drake got me a fantastic deal on my brand new phone. A new phone, with payments, and my monthly bill will go down!

Dj is the man. No surprise someone with fantastic customer service is a manager. He really went above and beyond with printing a shipping label for us, versus having us wait to receive one in the mail.We came in with an issue, and left with a solution. Thank you DJ for accepting us as a walk in, especially during holiday shopping season.

This place kind of depends on who helps you. We went there to join our plans together as a family and we got totally ripped off by the first woman who helped us. I kept asking her why the plans were so much and she just said that's what they were. After getting home I decided I was going to return my phone and keep my old phone. I went in there, had someone new help me and she reduced our bill significantly, said I didn't have to have a new phone and keep my old phone and got us to comparable what we had already been paying. Paying. If I hadn't gone back in though, we would be stuck paying way too much for a plan.

So disappointed…just to activate a line merged from other carrier first one try to help and goes to Mr. Jonny. Took almost 45 minutes or more. The most disappointed is they don’t have the knowledge of customer service.

They spent 45 min trying to activate a new sim card. The most unprofessional Verizon store where employees can do nothing! I paid and have no service, no refund and have to waste time tomorrow to fix it calling customer service. Seriously?

We were there today.. The staff was very attentive. We had the pleasure of meeting Viena. She was friendly and helpful with us. Then Keith swooped in to finish the phone transfer. Thank you very much, you made my mom smiling ☺️.

Don’t go here if you need customer service. These are sales people only. Sat in there for over an hour on the phone with customer service fixing a mistake they made.

I went here twice for help with my phone and getting more info or assistance with dealing with Asurion. Staff working there were less than helpful. They didn't even acknowledge me upon entering. Staff who I had talked to was less than helpful and was quick to just tell me call this number or go to Best Buy. Went to Best Buy only to find out they don't even help with that. This place is a joke. Try going elsewhere.

He was super friendly and helped me get the new Apple Watch Ultra 49mm. He explained every minute detail about my upcoming bills and was very knowledgeable! David if you see this, thank you!
