We made a passport appointment online for a weekday during July. Efficient service and the picturing-taking was easy. They print the photos right there. We had three 15-minute appointments scheduled back to back, but we were out of there early in the time it would take for two appointments. Thank you!

I give them 1 star is for overall service on making a phone call and online. No one answer their phones when you try to call to find which location in Daly City has your package. Online says this address, but the staff tell you otherwise. I talk to someone over the phone about my delivery and I specifically told her if i can be pick up a the post office Saturday Sullivan since they open on Saturday & she yes see you out there Saturday. So I went there today but the reception front says my package wasn’t there’s and it’s in colma 7373 mission I mean hello there close out there that’s the reason I ask in main office Sullivan street. Don't get me started on online service. They suck as well, I have a pre-sign signature for all of my future package. When my package delivered, I still have a note stating attempt delivery. I work all day, I don't get home till 6pm. I don't know how Online ans self service work, but it needs MAJOR improvement. HOWEVER, some staff is really nice and they will help you what you need when asking.

Have been using this place as my go to for walk in passport appointments and the staff members who helped us have always been incredibly helpful and patient. Kuddos to them and a genuine big thank you for being such dedicated, helpful professionals

Went for passport walk in hours and the lady is “on vacation.” When will she be back? “Sometime next week.” Bad service. Adjust your hours online so people can know at the minimum. Also, tried calling before driving over but the answering service spends 2 mins with automated info and I wasn’t able to talk to a person to ask about passport services (all automated)

It gets crowded on Saturday's. One time the self service machine was not working it was after hour 2 of the co workers saw me trying to make a purchase and complete ingnored me when I attempted to report that the machine was out of service they just said its not working, when asked where else to buy stamps they just said we dont know. Its always super hard to find parking...the only reason why I gave ot 1 star was because I do like that they have a drive-thru mailbox.

Went on a Saturday to for the fingerprinting services. We had to wait for a bit because there were a lot of customers which is to be expected on a weekend day. Totally worth the wait. Staff were friendly, efficient and knew what they were doing with the fingerprinting process.

Kudos to the Mail carrier "Nancy", who went out of her way to get my package back from the wrong address from across town that the sender accidentally sent it to. We were 'lucky' to have ran into "Nancy" while she was carrying on her duty in the neighborhood there. Thank you "Nancy" for your dedication and your 'love n respect' to the 'public service organization' that you are a part of.

Had a 10am appointment for passport and the employee literally didn't show up until 11. What a useless place and employee, completely wasted our time.
