Every time I come into this location there is an issue. I absolutely DO NOT recommend coming here at all. If this is the same man that has worked here for the past year or so, he needs to be re evaluated for customer service and personal attitude. Very poor attitude. I've actually called and complained about this location / person before as well if it's the same person. Just rude for zero reason. Pictures added of mail slip with my issue: They give a slip with the Wrong address in where the package is located for pickup in the morning after the 9:30am pick up time slip. This is the second time I've received a slip and went to 7373 Mission, but I end up having to go to the Main office in Daly City on Sullivan Ave. to retrieve my package. If you are having a hard time finding your package or any other mail related issues, you should immediately check with the Daly City, SULLIVAN AVE. location.

This location is breaking California fire code, the exit doesn’t open out you have to pull it towards you to exit. This is a fire hazard and is illegal. When I mentioned it to Joel he didn’t seem interested and didn’t seem interested in passing on this information. Joel should not be working in customer service period. This place is a hazard to public safety.

Love this post office! I'm from Sacramento and because we've had business in San Francisco and Daly City, we yelped nearest Post Office! The worker there was pleasant the 3 times I've been in! I was super excited when he had Game Boxes available as post offices in Sacramento are always out if them!

This is a small post office with few staff working in the front, usually 1 person when I go in. Friendly every time I've gone in and they do a great job. They have limited staff so it's not super fast service. So don't go in expecting to be out immediately if there is a line of people. To all the people who have had a negative experience, it's probably because they were being incredibly impatient.

For years and years I've lived where I live now, I never had missing mail. Especially checks and my mother's W2. In the past 3 to 6 months. I never received two VA checks and my mother's W2. Now, I don't even know if we're going to receive my future checks and paperwork. I am just feeling hopeless. I tried to email them and talk to them, but they're no help. I don't how many more missing mails I've missed. It's sad. Because for 25 years, we were good, until the past few months. And USPS do not give a f!

Super friendly staff that make the best of the location they are in. It's a very minimal/small building, but it works.

The worst ever! The workers that work there and that deliver mail in the surrounding area are the absolute worst. Beyond unprofessional. I can't begin to count the number of packages the careless "workers" have just left my package at my front porch without even knocking or ringing my doorbell once! These people need to get fired! That's not how you deliver a package you scumbags! Oh and for the rating it would be a middle finger icon, not a star!

They never pick up the phone or do their job right! I'm so happy I moved out of that area! Never have to deal with those idiots ever again!

Why rate a post office if they're basically all the same and regulated?? With fixed prices?? And the people working there probably are grumpy because some people ask some real dumbass questions?? I mean. Regardless of what the rating is you're gonna go here anyways. It's a goddam USPS. What's there to expect? Maybe if you're nice they'll be nice. Anyways, I've always been lucky coming here I guess. Never had a problem and the dude helping me was useful.

The physical representation of the state of the USPS. I love my mailmen and mail women, and appreciate the work they put in day in day out. For the life of men, I don't know why this location is in such disrepair. They shut down at 4, have no automated machines, and free parking is nonexistent. May our postal system rest in peace.

I have had two packages not delivered that show as having been delivered in tracking in the past months. I've been bed.ridden and my bedroom window overlooks the front porch and mailbox and for both days in question, I saw the mail being delivered and the packages were not there. My thought is that they were left at the wrong address. No wonder UPS and FedEx are better for mailing packages: at least they can manage to find the correct address.
