Poorly managed and staffed store. Only had one person working during the lunchtime rush. That would have been okay but for some reason, that one employee decided to accept a fingerprint/livescan customer which took 15min. The line ended up being 13 ppl long before she was able to move onto the next customer. Either ask that they come back at a slow time, book an appt at an off-peak hour, or just hire another employee to accept Amazon returns/UPS packages. Absolutely ridiculous.

Don't bother coming here on the weekends. On multiple occasions they have not opened on time. I was there half an hour after opening, thinking that should give them more than enough time to set up but nope, doors were locked, lights were off. Emailed corporate to let them know the location was not open during business hours and they wrote back to say someone who works at the store said they were open during business hours. Me and everyone waiting at the door disagree, unless by open they meant someone was on site and purposely not allowing customers in.

I’ve been there last week there was one Asian lady said we gonna charge you $7 dollar for drop off charge ?????? Why???? And today I went to 24 th st noe vally I dropped off my return item free what does that Asian lady means is she resist ??? Yes she is big resist I wouldn’t go this store even closed by my house they are very rude they don’t help to the customer they are very poor minded .

Asked if they can throw away a small Amazon box for. I even broke it down and they said no. . .not a big deal but, I used to work at a ups store so I know how things work in the back. Either someone's being rude or lazy or there's a store policy that's anti customer service.

Unbelievable customer service. I had an Amazon return that had just been opened on the top of the box. The return was supposed to not require a box, but ups be like that sometimes. The rep tried to charge me $2 to put a few inches of tape on the top. I declined and asked if I could put it on myself. Only if I bought a whole roll of tape! No thank you! It's the principle of the matter, the utter lack of customer care. If you can't afford for your customers to use a bit of tape, you need to examine your business model. I will be taking my business to whole foods in the future, which doesn't even give you the box hassle in the first place.

Cheap owner. How you going to only schedule 1 person to open on a Monday a week before Christmas? Owner is a penny pincher and does not care about customers. Waited 30 mins to do a drop off

UPS gets a ton of Amazon returns, and sometimes it can get really busy for those employees. This one I had gone to return a few of my items. The woman working was the only one there with 8 or 9 folks waiting in line and helping two customers at the same time with different needs. Myself with having to print labels for Amazon and another person who needed to have documents placed into pdf format. She was a Superstar! She handled everything tactfully.My review isn't of the store, but the woman who worked there late on October 12th, 2023. I hope she sees this and understands she did a great job.
