The worst pickup location ever. The lady told me to go and rummage through packages for my own. Then she didn’t even check my id to confirm I am picking up my own thing. Please UPS do not use this pickup location

Was just there at 11am and its not even open when the sign posted says it's open 10-7pm. I would understand if they're on a lunch break but the lights are all off and everything. Doesn't look like a single person has walked in all day. Horrible and so inconvenient to guests to not have accurate hours posted

They need to update their hours. The dude working behind counter is pretty bad but I guess that's why they work there
