Bad customer service. All they care about is if we are adding a new line. Had us waiting for an hour even though they have people standing around doing nothing. They just don't want to serve if you are not a profitable customer.

After a HORRENDOUS experience at Tanforan.. I came here around 8:15pm b/c I added a new phone but the number couldnt transfer and that it'll take 24 hrs? Metro & Tmobile are the same company now. I had a gut feeling something went wrong.My moms # is so important b/c my brother is disabled and all his appointments/therapy is connected to that # she's had for 30+ years. So I jst called T-Mobile @ Serramonte just to ease my mind. They checked on the transfer and they told me there was an error and the worker should've checked. At 8:15pm I rushed to the Serramonte store to try to fix it. I was GRACIOUSLY helped by Anthony.. upon checking my account San Bruno Tmobile (tanforan location) added two tablet lines after I already told her no. The tmobile expert Anthony graciously helped me through it all.. taking off the 2 tablet lines I never got, transferred the metro # that took minutes. Anthony helped me get all this on the phone with two people at the same time. So Anthony THANK YOU!! You were so helpful and transparent!!

No point in going into a physical t mobile store! They're can't help for s*** meanwhile I called t mobile and they helped me 10x better than any associate inside this store. 10+ employees in there for what? All just standing around doing nothing

Quick service. I walked in needing a phone plan as Im from Canada and you need data to function around Cali, and I was helped out instantly and walked out within 5 minutes with a great plan. It's close by to the SFO airport as well so if you're a temporary traveler landing there, it's about 10-15 mins away and there's a selection of mobile carriers there to choose from.

Was there last night and was helped by Anthony. He took the time to make sure we got all our questions answered and all our problems fixed. He was patient, knowledgeable, and efficient, I was more than happy when I left the store.

The T-Mobile store located in Serramonte shopping center near food court is the place you need to visit if you have any questions or looking to get a phone. I stopped by with my elderly dad and had problems with both his and my mothers phone. The manager Miguel was very friendly and professional in his introduction and what we needed. He told us Leslie was going to help us, had us sit down and within 5 minutes had us out the door with the problem fixed. She was amazing in fixing our phone issues and i let both of them know they have exceptional customer service presentation and skills and i wanted everyone to know where they should go with and Tmobile questions or issues or looking to buy a phone. Great job!

This is our favorite Tmobile store. They are very friendly, kind, and patient. My mom is deaf and they are very accommodating.Definitely recommend this store if you want patient and knowledgeable assistance.

After checking the prices at other locations, they are overcharging for the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro. At least, I was able to split the cost to my monthly bill, with a down payment. The associate was rather helpful. The buds are amazing, I highly recommend them for noise cancelation, sound, and comfort.Advice: Compare price before purchase.

Well, happy holidays first all!I stopped by to see their options for trade in and get my sim card! The two guys in the front were jumping on me, not European American one, he was cool! Man come down, everyone has bills to pay by hustling however there are more professional ways to do it! To be honest, T-Mobile is the least bad mobile service. Monthly payment with way lower price than most other mobile services. 24 hours customer service. Able to take a break or a pause for travel purposes. Very rare phone service outage. Overall, good mobile service with a friendly budget.
