The best place you can ever go to find the best insurance ? they will take the time to match the perfect insurance . Shout out to Nader for being great with us for many years. My husband and I have been comming for about 4 years and they always will remember their customers and treat them nicely.

I have been with these folks through two cars, and many years. Hands down the best! I would, and do, recommend Smart Age Insurance to my friends and family.

I am absolutely disgusted by the customer service received by this person name Heydy. She hung up on me 2 times pretending she did not hear me. I was asking for an estimate about adding a new car. She was asking $45.00 dollars endorsement which I thought it was too expensive. I mention we have been a long time customers and that it was the first time I heard something like that. I was adding an old car, I was only going to pay extra $10.00 to insure the car and $45.00 just to added it. It makes not sense. I asked for a waiver, she said no. I said, we might going to consider to switch to another insurance company..as soon as I said that..She quickly charged me 1/2 of the renewal fee process that it was not suppose to happen yet because. My insurance doesn't expired until the middle of the next month. As soon as I called her back. I asked why that happen and that I wanted to get credit it back to my account she said "she'll do" Late in the afternoon I called again to mention I did not receive her email, she said check on your trash, I said you mean my Spam, her answer was Whetever. Who answers like that? then, I said, Can you send the email right away so I can send it back. Her response was "are you telling me what to do" I responded "no" I am telling you to send me the email with the letter of cancelation of service. That's all. Then, she again Hung up on me.
