Truly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered an item which was never delivered by UPS, so much time wasted on the phone with various customer service 'specialists'. Finally deduced the order delivery details were entered incorrectly by the store on purchase, which had put me in an infinite loop of conversations with customer service 'specialists', who seemed to specialize in rudeness and giving me inaccurate information. Avoid this company.

No one st the store! Sign said “Out to lunch and back at 1555”. We left at 1602 after sitting in our vehicle waiting for someone to return so maybe we’ll try a different store next week! We knew what we wanted and were ready to purchase.

Poor quality. Very expensive. Terrible customer support. I escalated to a support escalation manager that was sarcastic and did not help. I regret having purchased a bed this expensive as it has been nothing but problems. Think again if you ever get suckered in their false advertisements. Again poor quality of the parts and lack of customer care.

I bought a top of the line bed and have had issues from day one. First of all it took me 3 months to get the bed I paid cash for and now that I have it my seizures have increased. I have Late Onset Epilepsy and sleep is an important part of my life and my seizures have gone from maybe 1 a month to 2 or 3 a week and they giving issues about returning the bed. They want to only give me half my money back.

Don't buy, they lie. Magnet torn from bed. Customer service says inflate bed further to solve TORN magnet. Purchased September 2021. Discovered damage and called April 2022. They won't honor their warranty. Store says nothing they can do call 800 number. Find another vendor.

Liar sales. Never let you know that the return policy. When you purchase the item, he is nice, after you go back to exchangor returned, he doesn't want to talk to you. And wtf once chance to exchange or return. Suggest you guy don't go to this store to purchase any more. I don't understand why the sales manager can do like change face. Before I buy the is nice to customer, after not and never let me know the return policy? I can't hold the King size. It's tok big for me and can't use it. How should I do?

We just received our bed and are adjusting to it. The service at the store was wonderful! Julio was very attentive and after we made our purchase he's texted us to check in before the delivery and after the delivery. I would definitely recommend Julio to anyone who wants good service with lots of info and little pressure. He gave us lots of info and answered all of our questions. He also gave us lots of time on our own to think and discuss our decision about the bed. Julio also helped guide us in decisions based on his suggestions on things that we didn't know a lot about and things that we wouldn't haven't even thought of too.

Never buy a sleep number. I am 63 years old and have had my 7000 dollar bed one year and two weeks. It goes flat. 3 times a night. They want me to get on the floor and disconnect the hoses and plug them to diagnose the problem. Could you imagine if you had a new car that wouldnt start and toyota said push it and try and jump start it so we can figure it out then send a guy over to your house for 100 bucks two weeks from now to hopefully put in the right parts. I do not know how they stay in business but I wouldnt buy their stock if I were you.

A lot of regret, one star.Service: Standard - not bad, not amazing. Price: We purchased the C4 Queen size mattress. Given that it's not a cheap bed, you'd expect some good sleep, but it's average at best. Product: As I previously mentioned, it's average at best, but the worst part is its reliability. I have had this bed for three years, and I have already replaced both the left and right air chambers. One year after replacing it, the left side is already deflating on its own. For a company that prides itself in providing quality sleep, their product is doing a terrible job. I called in last year and asked the representative "How long is the bed suppose to last?", she replied, "25 years". It's a HUGE red flag if it's barely passing 2-3 years. Glorified air mattress. Note to potential buyers: You're better off searching for a traditional mattress that's a fraction of the price and much more dependable. I urge you to learn from my mistake and to think twice about buying. I'll be on the hunt for a new mattress, soon.

Very torn on this review bc the service was good and I like the bed BUT they push you towards financing with Synchrony Bank. 0% APR so it makes sense to go for it. What they don't tell you (and didn't seem to know when I called customer service and the store) is that it is financing on a credit card which will show that you have outstanding debt for years and will absolutely drop your credit score. When I called the store they said it shouldn't count as credit debt, but it 100% does. Good bed, but only buy it if you're paying in full. They should switch to affirm if they want to do financing

My all time favorite store i had a wonderful experience without any pressure from the salesman who was very helpful and he gave us what we need and I think he is an expert and was super helpful and the bed is from another world its worth the money and I would absolutely recommend this shop! just go and they will take care of you just ask for majd mimi he is the salesman who helped us and made everything easier. And again thanks for all the staff in the store and thanks majd your the man.
