“If you're looking for work shoes, come here. They have some of the best customer support I have ever had the chance to experience, and I worked in the retail industry for over a decade. They take accurate measurements of your feet and can appropriately size you and recommend insoles if needed. They were also able to accommodate a need to change sizes when the first pair gave me blisters. They offer resoling here as well, and I will be back when I need one! 10/10 experience.”

“Fairly organized store with a good selection.

They need to do something about the checkout line. It should not be a place where returns are processed, as it hacks up the line. I was in like for 25 minutes yesterday.”

“Yo if you need shoes then COME HERE. Two shoe queens were working and helped me swap my Doc sandals for a new pair and the entire transaction was SEAMLESS. I've never had a better shoe shopping experience I swear. It was a VIBE. I felt like I walked in and had my girlfriends hanging with me helping me shop. They were sweet, honest, funny, and it was just the best. Wish I got their names but I know one was the new manager there! THIS was some real customer service!! Made me feel so chill. Ready to go pick up a couple more pairs and down to make the trip from the city over there just to shop with their help haha.”

“I am giving this place four stars because I was helped by the only girl in the shoe section where it is “male dominated” as you can say. I believe the name was Kira or Kiara, I forgot but she was very nice and educated my husband and I about sizes and different shoes while I was looking for comfortable shoes. She was also very helpful converting women to men shoe sizes, took time with us as she multitasked while helping other people. The boys that were on the floor with her were too busy talking, she took care of everything for us and the other people she was helping, she was also funny too! I would recommend to go to her when you come to this store! Managers should give her something for being such a big help and also being patient with everything. This would have been five stars but the people at the register were rude and added an extra dollar to my purchase. I would have donated if she did not tried that slick move with me! I wrote this to recommend to see the girl with curly hair to help you find shoes!”

“I like this MACY'S a lot. The jewelry department is excellent. I buy jewelry here almost exclusively. They have pay-over-time with a MACY'S card and Jewelry Repair ‍ Plans, which I highly recommend. If you gain and lose weight a lot, the jewelry repair plan allows you to get your rings sized for free. Most of the staff there in jewelry are really nice and helpful, but it is sometimes understaffed and you might have to wait a little to get assistance with your purchases. But when the associates are helping you, they focus on you, not on trying to do a bunch of things at once, or helping a bunch of people at once, which is refreshing. Whenever I've had a return or an exchange or need my jewelry serviced, they are always helpful, including the department manager, he's a good guy.The candy section is undersized and could use some improvement, especially their nearly non-existent Godiva section. If you want a Godiva selection, hit the MACY'S in San Mateo, they have a lot of good selections over there. The makeup departments there are great, I got one of them to do my wedding makeup . This was a few years' back, but if you buy some makeup, it's free.My only other grouse is that sometimes later in the evening, before closing, there is not enough staff to go around, really. Also, for you jewelry fans like myself, be aware that the Jewelry Department closes 1 hour before the store does.”

“Shoe Palace's Serramonte location is amazing!!! They have a great selection of shoes, everyone is super attentive, and I never feel shy to ask questions. Simonne and Marissa are a great managerial team and I feel like they deserve more praise! They always keep things super nice and organized no matter if it's busy for the holidays or a busy for a raffle. Thank you so much to all the staff at this location for always making it a smooth time every time I come in! Will definitely be coming back.”
