I came to exchange my shoes that I only tried on at home. All the associates came up to me assumed me that I wore the shoe out. DONT SHOP HERE!!!!!! UNLESS YOU GONNA KEEP THE SHOE. NOT EXCHANGE!!!!!!!

Worst customer service. Bunch of college kids don’t know how to work with people.Came to this store to return my gifted sneakers and told me it was worn which is not. Ofc I tried them to see if it fits. Tried to explain them and told me to go different shoe palace.
