Came here to grab a Cup of Noodles. The lady who worked behind the counter was very kind. Gave me a fork and showed me where the hot water when I didn’t even ask her.

Make sure you speak clearly and loud. Just gave away 80$ to someone else and they were able to blame me since I didn’t speak loud enough for their cameras. At least someone got a free tank of gas. Or just pay card or be safe. Lesson learned.

BEWARE!! POOR QUALITY CAR WASH SERVICE After I noticed some dirt still on my car, I expressed my dissatisfaction to Flossie, one of the staff members. Unfortunately, she didn't seem to care at all about my dissatisfaction. She responded by asking "what did you pay for?" I told her that I had opted for the express service. She offered a mere $1.5 refund but made it clear that re-servicing was not an option since the express service was inadequate for a thorough cleaning. It is evident that they lack of professionalism and prioritize profit over customer satisfaction, resulting in services that fall far below acceptable standards. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable car wash. Save yourself the frustration and find a better option. Their car wash machine is ineffective and incapable of providing a thorough cleaning. FYI: I always get the express service, but I have never encountered this problem with other Shell stations.

The credit card reader at the gas pump locked my card, but it cannot read my card. The screen still asked me to insert my card. I suspect skimmer was installed there because my card info was stolen after using the pump.

I pump $80 worth of gas and my gas gauge shows empty. Never any problems with it before. I go in and ask what's going on and nobody knows. I say I need a refund and the response fr both cashiers is that they can't do anything. Ask for the manager and told she's at school. Both cashiers refuse to do anything. I need to drive back from across the bay when the manager is here. All this with a major load of attitude from both cashiers. I'd give zero stars if I could. I'm out $80 for sure.

Card reader #7 was down. I tried with two different cards. No go. Luckily I was able to get #5 to work. After I filled up my tank, I parked in one of the parking spaces and went into the store to report the busted card reader, because I wanted to do them a favor. The woman behind the counter constantly interrupted me as I talked, trying to tell me to try a different card -- even though I had JUST said it happened with two different cards. I went on to say that another customer had had the same issue, and he tried a different pump but I saw him drive away a moment later. Clearly they have more than one broken reader. She interrupted me with that, too. She finally shut up long enough to listen to my explanation and then switched to telling me that they have no control over the card readers and oh by the way they have already reported it. Lady, if you'd let me just quickly tell you what I had to say without the constant interruptions, the conversation would have been over a whole lot quicker and with less frustration for everyone involved. Fail. No reason to ever come back here, and I heartily disrecommend this business. They're not worthy of your money.

Theres always a long line for the car wash which isn't the worst. The worst is you get to the front of the line and the code is "declined". It happened to me and the car behind. Please note that they do NOT give refunds if you pay for another car wash because your code is declined. You have to leave your car at the line and go back to the station for them to print you a new code. Which would have been nice if they put a sign indicating so at the front car wash.
