Bad experience today, it was no change at all, in a good way I told the lady tell your boss that you need change in order to sell, she explained that it was her that she needs to go to the bank it wasn't about the boos, so trying to be empathic I say oh my gosh and how is that going to be if you're by yourself here, what I heard after that and with actitud was Is any problem? ... ? Well, I couldn't bring home what I needed so, yes, it's a problem "for me" not selling it's a problem not for her but for the owner I guess, giving costumer actitud a guess yes "there is a problem"

LOVED THIS PLACE OMG! I had some ginger hair and needed to dye my hair black I got dye and developer. And there service is amazing there so nice. I wanted to dye the underneath of my hair below my ears so I got cream of nature it was pretty amazing. The total was around 20 dollars what a steal! On amazon one box of cream of nature is 14 dollars. The box was 6 DOLLARS. JEEZ AMAZING DEAL. Go right now.

There was a long line when I was there. Waited 10 because the person I front of me had a lot of questions, which is understandable. Finally the girl sitting next to the cashier busy on her phone with her 4 inch nails decided to help out. She never asked for my member number nor asked if I had any questions. She was rude and I am not going back to this store and am going to make sure all my friends know about the horrible service. I had to choice 1 star but it's actually a zero. Thanks for nothing.

I just happen to be in the neighbor to get Jolibee's and came across this Sally's. I had a pleasant visit and the ladies running the front are knowledgable. Don't be intimidated to ask questions. Luckily, I had a chance to get advice and checked out by Fiona. I felt confident walking out of there with my purchase. I didn't need a filler like Fiona suggested and my hair color came out beautifully. I'm closer to the San Bruno Sally's but this store so worth the drive out here for both a root touchup and mango peach pie. Lastly, I love the layout of the store, organized and clean.

The sales people there were very helpful. During this pandemic ... I felt safe shopping at this location. Also with the SALONs limitations and closures (I didn’t feel safe) ... I had to do something with my hair. Not everything worked well but Sallys really helped with a lot of input and online they have lots of videos on how to... very helpful I am now going natural but a lot of work and the RIGHT products must be used to pull it off.Thanks Sally Beauty Supply

Since when are they charging for a bag to put your items in that you have purchased? I just carried out 15 items because I absolutely refuse to pay for a bag when I just paid $50 at the store for my items. Ridiculous
