Very very good respectful people and very great atmosphere with the employer that was very patient and humble. Gave me advice and worked out some of the pieces that I wanted to extend my bangle and did the financing for me which was super super awesome. I appreciate the help they gave overall and will do more business, next will be some earrings ?. Thank you for all the help and time.

I went in to look at a Hamilton watch, and the employee helping me asked to see it. I was about to tell him to press down on a button to unlock my watch's bezel to twist it. Instead he twisted it without pressing the locking button, remarked how tight it was, gave the bezel a sharp twist and broke it.
Management did nothing to rectify the situation, instead claiming it was my fault I allowed their employee to handle my own watch and told me to use the factory warranty to fix it. They then insinuated my watch was broken and I went to scam them, all the while admitting their employee screwed up but was my responsibility to fix it. They then kicked me out.
Whoever I spoke to before I got kicked out, your employees are improperly trained, especially if I am told to warranty my own watch your store employee broke.

Warning: Steer clear of this establishment! Our encounter with them was nothing short of a scam, as they manipulated us into spending money unnecessarily and provided false information. This feedback is based on the unfortunate experience of a family member, and it seems others have faced similar issues with their integrity. Guard your personal information vigilantly, as there are concerns it could be misused to impact your credit. It's appalling to see them operating in such a deceptive manner, preying on unsuspecting customers.

I was passing by and decided to look at some 21k gold pieces. They were selling by piece instead of weight of the items. I the items appeared hollow and light . The two salespeople were pushing to sell expensive jewelries versus what I was interested in. Looking at. They said I can apply for credit without impacting my credit score - asked for two ODs- big mistake - when I got home they did 3 hard pulls on my credit - there doors some points down my credit score. They lied about a soft inquiry . I got multiple alerts that there were 3 companies they pulled from - genesis, bank of Missouri and Wells Fargo . Then when they found out the credit limit I was approved for which was less than what they were hoping for to sell.overpriced items they tried to sell me a lighter necklace with the same tag price amount- from a solid piece to a hollow piece. I was ticked off later on and left , but due to my haste to get away I forgot my two IDs and had to go back the following day. Also they were punching for me to get a $3 k necklace and pendant set - which was light in weight and they sandbar will give you a free watch with that - they said 12 months to pay on the day I left. Then they dropped it to $2.5k but I have to put a $500 down the finance the $2k....anyway I left the first day .The second day when I got back there was a different manager , they were distracting me from getting my ID for 5 minutes before I got them back as I forgot it the previous day when I left in a haste. Same sales last irs came over but now the female manager. Instead of male manager from previous day. I had jewelry scale now with me this time and asked for the items they were trying to sell me - based on the weight of the items and current 21k gold rate the items on melt value was only around _$1.2k , with differences 1300 (2500 asking price ) which means their mark up is about 52% on actual gold value of items.!they were surprised I had a scale with me . I told them items were overpriced and just to give me my IDs back so I can leave. At this point they gave me my card as they realized I am not buying any items. On my way out the manager said I can have the items now for $2k but she is only giving me 3 months to pay for the items , no free watch . So they means they dropped from 52% mark up to now 40!percent mark up or profit for them. I could have baffled a bit more or taken the offer, but the thought of running my credit with three hard credit pulls without my explicit consent (they lied about not affecting credit when they check on those, taking my card stand not returning them promptly to make you a hostage while they trey to sell you items, and trying to give me lighter items hollow purses from solid items with the same MSRP tags was deceitful , plus the overpriced items -- made me not take the last ditched offer before I left... and in addition the terms was changed to have to pay in 3 patents versus 12 payments... pls avoid this place. I must admit that their gold pieces looks nice. Real hard sell once you are there. Don't give them you IDs and don't believe that your credit will not be affected when they look at your credit, they will run you credit not just one inquire, but I go three hard pulls - had to respect this. Worst experience at a jewelry site they were not rude, but more deceitful ...

I just walked in to see if they can change my battery and it cost $45 which was still expensive but I did anyways. I came back in 30 minutes and the 2nd hand wasn't working so they had to fix it again. I wait for another 10 minutes. When I came home, I realized they damaged the face of my watch. Called back the next day and they said nothing was touched and my watch was old...and they will not reimburse me for anything or fix the watch. I haven't touched my watch in 2 years and I know it wasn't damaged when I gave it to them. This watch was sentimental to me so it wasn't just a watch. Anyway, I will not recommend this place for any battery replacement. Always check before you leave an establishment because this could happen to you.

I was Christmas shopping at the mall and stopped in on a whim to see if they could size my ring finger. There were NO customers in the store. There were 2 employees doing nothing. I was told they could size my finger but that they would charge me $10.00 to do so. It was clear they had no interest in pursuing my business. I went to a different store and they kindly sized my finger for FREE and I ended up buying a pair of Diamond studs for my mother. No way I would recommend S&L jewelery.
