I love this place. I haven't found any place that can match their price. Believe me, in the beginning I took the jewelry that I bought from Royal Ruby to my neighborhood mom & pop jewelry store to be examined (because the price was so low) and they told me it was good quality and that they could NOT match Royal Ruby's price. I trust them now and shop at Royal Ruby but I also buy at my neighborhood mom and pop jewelry store. I highly recommend Royal Ruby. ?

Nice having a local jeweler. I have purchased many amazing gold pieces from bracelets, necklaces and pendants. Every time I stop by, there are something that catches my eyes.

Their sign says closed 12/25/21 to 12/30/21 Located before entering Ranch 99 Royal Ruby- Christina was referred to me by one of my bffs My gold locket has been broken for years and finally was able to find a trustworthy jeweler to take it to, took her team less than 1 day to fix it. Id highly recommend their business, it's hard to find a trustworthy jewelers nowadays. Thanks again

The lady working there is VERY RUDE!!! Wanted to see some necklaces and some ruby, asking simple questions, she gets mad and took back her jewelry, all she's wants sell not explaining about the item. I then decided not to buy from this establishment. The lady working there is very RUDE. Do not buy from her.

I have bought from this place before and had good experiences. But today was truly disappointing. Brought them an earring i needed to get fix, (lever back), the drop down ring broke and other circle thing broke too. So i needed them to add gold and attach both to each other and to the earring. They did a great job in one of the little circles but in the other one, it was uneven and it didnt even looked sealed. I brought them the other pair when i came to pick it up and showed them the difference, true, i didnt leave the other earring which i should have, but they also should have asked me to too! The owner tried to give me some lame excuse about having to pay to use the machine, that i should have left the other earring, and something about the heat that it cant be too close to the ruby stone because can damage it. First of all, u did a great job in the circle that was closes to the ruby stone but awful job on the other part which was farthest. This doesnt make sense. Worst part is that she didnt even offer to keep it and try to fix it to make this customer happy. I was pretty confused and upset at how bad the job was done. I just turned around and left.

I went to Royal Ruby today to look and buy Asian jewelry, and kindly asked the lady "could i please have that stool so I can sit down" and she said "no, we don't let people sit on our chairs" ... at which point I said, "if I am not good enough to sit on your stool, I won't have to buy from you". I AM A DISABLED SENIOR WHO WAS USING MY WALKER AT THE TIME. She then said, "ok, here's the chair" and I politely refused and waited for my sister to get me who was shopping at 99 Market. At the time I was wearing approximately $9,000 worth of 24kt jewelry so she saw that I wear Asian jewelry and when she first came into the store, she saw and knew I had a walker. What a rude person, doesn't deserve my business or any other disabled and/or senior business.

I've bought a few pieces from Royal Ruby and Christina (owner) is very friendly and honest. The prices for her jewelry is reasonable. She offers a variety of diamond pieces (earrings, necklace, and rings) as well as gold, white gold, and a jade pieces. The rings I've purchased were sized free of charge. If you want to treat yourself to nice jewelry, drop by Royal Ruby.
