Better than the other Ross stores in Daly City or Colma. Inventory is more plentiful. Security definitely profiles people though

Lots of selection in all the departments and good prices. The worst part is long lines and less checkout are open.

This ross is very neat and well presented with all merchandises. The line is fast in Cashier registers. They are very helpful for my concerns. I definitely will be back to shop here.

Always understaffed lately. Today the line was curved through their snacks section, past the yoga clothes, past the purses, and to the shoe section. Its 4:45 PM but only one cashier was working and she was going as quick as she could. She happened to mention she was off in 30 and they hadn’t given her break either, I felt so bad for her. It left a bad taste in my mouth. I won’t be back anytime soon.
