This place is the worse place!! Customer service here is so bad!! I've been waiting here over 20mins. And no help but the lady here helps everyone else and not me!! I don't advise anyone to use this location if u don't have too. She didn't even open on time, I've wait 10mins just for her to open. Then she gave me a hard time for a package that I was picking up and I was the sender!! She told me no..it's going on 30 mins and I'm still here and NO help!! This place is BAD for service to the public!! DONT use this place if u don't have too..

I like supporting small businesses but this business is always soooo slooowww! My UPS deliveries gets to be dropped off here at Pinay Angel whenever I'm not home when the driver attempts a delivery even though I have already updated my UPS app to divert the packages to another even further UPS location. So anyways, this latest WAIT (again) took 50 minutes because there were two customers ahead of me. When my turn finally came around, the person behind the counter was circling around trying to find my package. Don't they have a proper alphabetical or numerical system to arrange those packages? After 15 minutes or so, the package was found but their scanner does not work! :-# Guess what? THINGS HAVE TO BE MANUALLY LOGGED AND INPUT!!! Which means longer wait! Pro tip: DON'T COME HERE IS YOU'RE HUNGRY OR NEEDED TO USE THE RESTROOM SO BAD BECAUSE YOU WILL DIE WAITING FOR YOUR TURN, OR MAYBE UNTIL YOU CATCH COVID BEFORE YOU ARE DONE!!! ALWAYS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE AT PINAY ANGEL!

helpful and accommodating staffs. Lots of parking, close to other Filipino food, small restaurants, johny air cargo, elute saloon, st. Francis dental care, valerios bakeshop and Pacific Super market and others. .

Putangina. I've been waiting. They have a sign saying open at 9:30 due to f****** Covid. They come later than 9:30. Bosit ka. Putagina moooo!! Gonna make me late for work. LMAOOOOO IM HERE AGAIN AND THEY ARENT HERE. ITS F****** 9:30 AND THERE STILL NOT HERE ITS ALREADY 9:45. I ALREADY SAW 3 people waiting. F*** sakes. Get your s*** together and come here on time or change the time if you CANT F****** COME ON TIME. I stg these people are a mess. And they're my people.
