I bought some clothes before my vacation. Unfortunately two items were too small. I went back to the store as soon I got back from vacation and they wont return or even exchange the items because I'm 1 week past their return policy. Macys and Arie accepted my items with no problem. Macys store manager was amazing and overwrite their policy. This goes to show the difference between a store that values their customers and is willing to help vs another one that simply does not care.

Customer service here was second to none thanks to Layton, super kind and professional employee! He wasn't rushing us at all when we had to come in late for some last minute Christmas shopping. He handled us with the same attentiveness and care that you would the first customer of the day. Will def be comin back! Tyy Layton!!

Horrible service, went inside this location today at around 4pm and looked around hoping to buy some new clothes, I also had a question about purchasing online so I went up to an African American male worker that was there and politely said “excuse me” and as I was about to ask him my question he rudely said “no we don’t” and said he already knew what my question was which was extremely rude, he didn’t let me finish my question and had a very rude attitude towards me I’m not sure if he had something against me or was racially profiling me but it was very rude so I left without purchasing anything unfortunately. I have shopped at this Serramonte location throughout the years and this is the first time a worker has been rude to me.

So glad I went to this location, The manager on duty was super helpful and patient with helping me figure out my gift card issue. Gave me a customer service number to call and speak to an actual person and was able to solve the issue then and there. Definitely recommend this store!

Pax sun let's employ non snotty employees who ask customers help. I have a better experience in other stores but this one was epic since this sales lady I encountered on the cashier was simply rude she said in a flat face condescending tone "the items should have a red tag for the promo" I just happen to get it from the place where it has the sign , I was looking for a good shopping experience but this store out from the other stores the energy was soo negative.

Went in at 7:15 with my daughter, she found what she was looking for but when she asked to use the changing room the girl behind the counter refused because they were closing at 7:30. I asked if that meant they were refusing the sale and she said yes. The store was open for 15 more minutes but she didn’t let my daughter buy anything.

As soon as I entered the store I was immediately greeted by these two workers. This was September 24 around 5 and 6. They were super polite and told me about the sale in the back. While paying at the register I asked for their names as they were so kind to help me shop. It was ash and rye. Thank you so much as it such a huge difference than going to hillsdale pacsun !

We had the most incredible service last month and I feel so bad I didn't get to write this earlier. My partner and I came in for some impulse shopping and had the best experience, I wish I remembered her name but she was a petite younger girl who was a floor supervisor/manager , I think she was Indian or middle eastern and she had a very unique name - absolutely the best service we have EVER received at this location. Usually when we come here no one ever greets us or even says a WORD the entire time we're in the store, a couple months ago we came and some white kid was on his phone at the register the whole time and totally ignored us and was super rude when we asked a question - so we were shocked when we walked in this time around and were immediately greeted by such a friendly and personable employee. She told us about the promotions, made great conversation, was super kind , knowledgeable, professional and we really enjoyed ourselves , we definitely cashed out that day The store was neat, organized and fully stocked unlike some other pacsun locations that end up looking like a Ross with crap all over the floor (I know y'all know what I mean). Thanks again for such an amazing experience we will for sure be back! 100000/10 for a valuable employee who actually cares about their guests + super clean store!

I came in today at the afternoon looking for some Brandy. The store was well kept and clean, and the two workers were very nice and engaging! They had no problem getting whatever item I wanted and got items for the back for me fast, which tells me that they know what they're doing. I noticed that they gave everyone the same treatment and it was nothing but positive and fast service. Even when I tried out more than 10 items, they had no problem refolding and giving me personal suggestions, which I trust since their outfits were nice. Going into PacSun younger I was always intimidated with the vibes, but the service I had today changed that. I felt comfortable and content, and I'm looking forward to come back to this site! I actually got the employees' names, Riley and Gen. If you guys ever read this, thank you for helping me today I genuinely appreciate it!!
