This store staff closes the store early. Having car trouble this evening and needing to buy fluid, I pulled into the parking lot in front at 8:56p-store closes at 9p. Both doors were locked, staff keys in the opposite side. I knocked furiously- no one was in sight. After 9p, two staff members emerged. I was not acknowledged as I stood at the door- I called the store and they immediately hung up the phone. OK. I walked back 30 minutes later after trying to find fluid elsewhere and the staff was still at the store. I mean, if staff can't close the store and lock up right at 9p anyway, why are they closing the store early?

Didn't even go in. I was driving around trying to find parking and saw that someone was leaving in front of the auto shop. I turned my blinker on and waited for them to pull out. Then on the employees pulling in behind them and took the spot. I wasn't that mad just a little bothered that the spot was taken, since there wasn't much parking so I just stared at the guy as he got out. He walked out and gave me and my friend a creepy smirk and walked into the shop while flipping us off. I was a little annoyed after that because of how rude and immature this worker was as he was probably heading into work and all I did was stare at him because he took a parking spot and felt the need to flip us off.

Service is good they go out there way to help you I would use them more often when I need any for my car

Funny how my one star review got deleted. Don't go to this store. Rude employees. They just look at you without saying a word when you walk in.

Very bad service by telephone, you never answer, they just pick up the phone and hang up on you, that guy Julio always serves you poorly, you give them all the information about your car, they ask you for the part #, very bad service, the truth is only in that store

This was the 3nd time going to their main location in Daly City and twice they didn't have what I wanted. So, I ended up.again at AutoZone, which was located 3 miles away.

O'Reilly is a good place to buy the things you need for automobile. For me it's good because I live a block away from the store. So anything I need I can easily walk there and get what I need. Very convenient.

After buying two alternators they failed to sell me the right one twice I had to modify my truck I was in a bind to get it done but it seems they're very knowledgeable about the things they sell or even automotive things
