Long overdue review after moving away.. O2 is a very special gym. I first stepped foot in this gym 4 months postpartum to my second child (was a member for about a year) and was the best gift I gave myself at that time. I miss working out at O2 and want to share reasons why you'll love working out here too. The space (hangar style, spacious, CLEAN), the coaches (motivating, fun, knowledgeable, helpful with modifications when needed), the community (they are the type of people who you'll enjoying working out with, they are friendly, encouraging, welcoming), the workouts (super fun and challenging, using the latest equipment + all great condition, and I really appreciated the WOD emails they sent the day before to prep you or scare you lol). If you're looking for a gym to get excited about working out for the first time or trying to get motivated again, don't skip on O2.

I love coming here.. I really really do! I love the atmosphere, the music they play, the different workouts & all the coaches are just AWESOME! Shoutout to Zack, Derick & Monica. This gym feels like home very welcoming, clean, nice gym equipment (that works!) and well organized. I learned about this place through my work colleague/friend Abigail A. She insisted to give her gym a try... I work out at 24 hour fitness & jog a few times a week but never done a bootcamp gym before always wanted to try but didn't know where to start. I was a little hesitant at first because I was worried about not being able to keep up but everyone was so kind and motivating that the weird feeling went away. I highly recommend o2BodyFit to anyone and any age that's trying to get fit/healthy. Honestly won't regret I been going since August 2023 and still going strong!

My second home and fam! O2 helped me get back in shape with their great, fun-filled butt-kicking workout!! Each day is a different workout which I loved!!! I first enrolled since 2016 for Spartan training and I stoped during Covid and recently joined back again and it's been fun!!! Coaches are positive, full of energy and supportive !! They will motivate and push you through...it's hard but u will be thankful for it at the end!!! "NO PAIN NO GAIN!" Everyone is friendly and welcoming here!!! U won't feel alone if u are new here! :)

I love it so much that I always look forward to the variety of workouts that are tough & always kick my ass but so much fun and exciting. Every day is different & challenging But each time it guarantees to leaving me drenched in sweat that at the end of the class, my Shirt is soaking wet. I enjoy the warm-up before the class as my heart rate goes up and increases the blood flow. The cool-downs after the class soothes me. Amazing coaches as they are all engaging throughout the entire class. They continuously guide to make sure the exercises are executed with proper technique and form. Very supportive, respectful, welcoming & friendly community. The energy of the space is just electric as I can feel & absorb the intensity. My experience here thus far exceeds my expectations. Working towards my endurance, gaining confidence, and continue to staying healthy & fit.

Best boot camp in Bay Area ! Love the instructors/trainers. They are so motivating and cheer you up with so much energy throughout the workout . I try to come here at least once per week since I feel great after workout here.

I love this gym!1. Every workout is different. They combine cardio with strength and resistance training.2. It’s not really a boot camp because the coaches don’t yell. In fact they encourage and help you. I take breaks when I want and they help me with my form. Never do they ever force me to do something.3. The coaches push you to work out harder and better. Zach is a great motivator and is always happy. His positive energy will push you to do more. You can’t help but smile at him even when your legs feel like jelly and your arms want to fall off.4. You’ll get an amazing feeling after working out here ~ I never regret going to a class. I went to a class and I was hungover but I felt amazing after.5. Some other miscellaneous items - they have hand sanitizer, everyone cleans their equipment after and it’s clean. You can refill your water bottle there too. They also have plenty of meter and street parking.

Joining O2 fitness community has been an amazing experience for me, I love the positive, supportive and motivating vibe this community offers, I've always been into fitness, but O2's fitness programs definitely brought my strength, endurance to another level that I can barely gain by doing it on my own at the regular gyms, plus you get the chance to meet so many friendly and fun people via regular workouts as well as social events they host such as holiday parties! Working out with everyone is just a fun experience that I look forward to every day, great energy booster! Shout out to all the amazing coaches and members for building this amazing community, more branches needed! Lol

Gained a bunch of weight during the pandemic and spent a year trying to lose the weight with just running. Hit a plateau and decided to try the free trial class that my wife signed us up for. Never joined a gym before and was worried about what we were getting ourselves into. Allen welcomed us warmly and we could tell that the atmosphere of this gym was going to be different. After the first class, we were hurting afterwards (in a good way) and signed up for membership right away. All of the coaches are awesome and there is absolutely no judgement in this gym. They are patient as you learn the workouts and they push you in the most encouraging way. Every workout is different and you can feel yourself get stronger each week. There are members of all fitness levels and we are all encouraging each other to do our best. We eased our way from 1-2 classes a week to now going everyday. I've never felt this good in years and can see progress after just one month. Shout out to Coach Zack, Derrick, Monica, Arnold, and Allen. Thank you to all of the coaches and staff for creating such an amazing atmosphere.

I noticed a few reviews pop up and knew I had to jump on the train, too. O2 BodyFit is amazing! My friend and I were going to another gym and needed a change, so we gave O2 BodyFit a try about four months ago. I now go 3-5 times a week. I am a woman of a certain age and I've never felt or looked stronger! This is what boot camp is supposed to be. All of the instructors are A-mazing! Their different personalities and ways to structure workouts add variety and different intensity. And, they are great at encouraging you and are always there to help. If I go in feeling tired, unmotivated or just not in the mood, I always walk out feeling better and grateful I was there. I've been doing boot camp pretty consistently for almost four years. The difference in what and how much I can do has changed in such a great way since I started O2 BodyFit. Not only am I physically stronger, but I feel better and my confidence while working out has skyrocketed. I mean, I did 50 box jumps and 50 burpees - never saw that coming! Can't stop! Won't stop!! When my sister-in-law recommended 02 Bodyfit I was hesitant. Then another friend recommended it and I decided if they both loved it I should at least give it a try. They both came with me for my first class which was free. I hadn't worked out that hard in many years, I was out of shape and completely intimidated but I had SO MUCH FUN! I didn't realize how much I missed working out and this place WILL work you out! It is very challenging but the coaches are fantastic, supportive, encouraging and well informed about fitness. You will never do the same workout twice so it is never boring and the part I absolutely love is that I don't have to figure out what equipment does what...the workouts are already pre-arranged so there is no confusion about leg day, arm day or any other day. I have now been going to 02 Bodyfit for almost a year and I am loving the variety in workouts, the community that I have built, and they way I look, for the first time in a very long time! The people who come to class are supportive and encouraging and treat you like family. When you sign up you can go to as many classes as you want each month, even two, three times a day if you want. They have weekend warrior workouts and Obstacle Course Race training as well as personal and small group training sessions. Of course personal training costs extra. Bottom line if you want to workout, get stronger and feel better without all of the guess work on machines and cardio versus strength training, this is the place! You'll get it all and you'll love yourself for it!

Yelp review I initially joined o2 with one of my friends in preparation for her wedding day. I came in intimidated, quiet and scared about what I was about to get myself into. Five years later and I'm still coming back every day making plans around this gym's schedule. O2 has changed my life. It gave me confidence and has challenged me to get out of my comfort zone. The workouts can be very challenging, but the coaches always ensure that you feel comfortable doing what's best for you...with a little push. Modifications to the exercises can always be made specific to your need. I surprise myself that I'm able to accomplish the workouts that I would never think of doing and that all stems from the coaches and members motivation and push. The family environment and support that this gym and its members have built is incomparable. They all challenge you to become a better version of yourself. Thank you O2 for strengthening my mind and physical health! I'm able to breathe stronger because of you! Please do not be afraid to give O2 a try! It is THE best decision I have made! The hardest part about going to the gym is showing up, so just show up! We welcome everyone with open arms!!

If you are looking for an intense fun workout with a high energy and supportive vibe, it's here at 02! There's multiple layers to what makes this gym amazing. 1. The coaches: all the coaches (Allen, Monica, Derrick, Zack, Anna) keep the workouts varied, challenging, and fun. The each know how to push you to new levels and physical fitness. They will even modify the exercises so you can target without injury. 2. The 02 fam: a bunch of amazing people from all walks of life and physical capabilities who will always support you and also motivate you. After a couple of months you will start to see them as family. 3. The gym: large hanger type space, with high ceilings that even in the most crowded classes, you feel spaced out to put in work. 4. The vibes: inclusive, high energy, supportive, motivating, inspirational. Come in for a free trial! I never looked back!

My wife and I started working out at O2 during COVID because they were offering outdoor bootcamp classes and we needed to do something to stay in shape. Man, am I glad we found this place! It's such an awesome gym for several reasons: 1. the coaches are upbeat, motivating, knowledgable, and design great workouts; 2. Every night they send out via email the next day's workout so you know what you're getting yourself into and decide ahead of time whether it fits into your fitness routine; 3. You can just show up and have someone tell you what to do, which is such a phenomenal relief after a long day of making decisions at work; 4. the workouts are challenging, cover the whole body each week, and you're guaranteed to leave drenched in sweat; and 5. The community of members is outstanding -- this is really the best part and the magic of O2! It feels like you're part of a team, where everyone is encouraging and fun to work out with. We often will even rally up a crew of folks for a weekend bbq or happy hour outside of the gym. Such a great group of people, and this is really the reason I've stuck around for almost 2 years now as a member! I couldn't recommend this gym more highly!
