The store changed Customer Services like Returns and Pickups so that they are done at two separate counters. Meaning I have to stand in line twice, once for a Return, and once for an online pickup. Not thrilled with this change.

Love this location. Always organized and clean. Weekend parking gets a bit tough but other than that no complaints.

So sad to see Nordstrom leaving San Fran.Sorry San Fran fails you.I can't express enough how I love Nordstrom especially Rack. There are so many good bargains that won't break the bank.

With the closing of both San Francisco outlets, I had to drive to the Nordstrom Rack in Serramonte Center. But it was worth the drive. Scored a nice, comfortable pair of athletic shoes.

I'm glad I know this place exists.I'm glad I've been here so I can confirm this.If I NEVER come back again, it will be too soon.I presume the state of complete dishevellment relates to the transfer of stock from downtown, following its closure (RIP), I also suspect this is an act of charity, on my part.

So i started shopping about an hour before closing I had some of the workers following me around which I get there's a lot of thieving going around these days but anyways I went to the restroom while I was in the restroom the store closed, so I hurried up and left as I was walking out the door I realized I didn't have my phone or my wallet with me. (I remember leaving them in the restroom.) I returned informing the security guard at the front of the store my situation he told me that they had already swept the bathroom so that there was nothing inside. I informed him that I was one of the last if not the last person in the restroom and my belongings had to be in there. He got on his Radio and as I waited he informed me again that they checked all the stalls and that there was no phone no wallet so I asked if he could view the security footage to see if anybody had gone in there after he told me this was not possible and that I would have to just leave my information. As the last person was leaving the store I asked him if he could please dial my phone number because I have lost my phone. He informed me that "the man found your wallet and your phone " and he pointed right at the security guard. A manager had arrived and was glaring at me and gruffly told me to step back 25 feet because I had lit a cigarette. I put the cigarette out and went to get the witnesses info . Because they were still acting like they hadn't found my wallet once they saw that I wasn't giving up easily , they miraculously produced my wallet in my phone and handed them back. I don't know about you but I think this is shady as hell. BAD FORM

Messy store. Not a good experience having to pick up items off the floor. The pick up lady was nice however. She even said, " Have a nice evening." Things are disorganized too.

Very good one, sales reps were nice, patient and helpful. Took the time to answer my questions and price checked the luggage that I was wanting. Cashier was pleasant. The store was clean and well organized. ?

I got "educated" by one of the ladies and the checkout. I tried to return a pair of shoes that I ordered online. I walked in to the store not seeing the return desk at the very back of the store (my fault) so I lined up at the checkout line (not busy at the time).When I was called upon, I walked up telling the lady at the cashier that I had a return. She said something and I couldn't hear it clearly so I asked her politely what she was trying to tell me. She then said never mind and took the shoes and started processing. I then gave her the QR code (for return purpose) from the email receipt, she refused to take it and asked me for my phone number. I then gave her my phone number and she asked me for the QR code a minute after searching with my phone. She doesn't seem to know how the system works.While I was waiting for her to process the return, I asked her again what she was trying to tell me earlier. She then told me that "I should" go to the back where the return department is but not at the cashier. I was "schooled"......and humiliated and I will never visit that store again.

Update:Aubrey at their corporate cust service was apologetic and helpful. Far more decent customer service than Gabby. Thanks Aubrey! Original:If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I needed to shop for a wedding and thought I'd buy an outfit here. However, I found our the hard way that there are needles in the clothes--let me explain. I found some clothes and headed to the fitting room. The room was disgusting--food and other unidentifiable garbage littered the floor. The first pair of pants I tried on had a sharp needle (part of the tamper resistant security tags) and gave me a 5 inch cut. After leaving the fitting room I asked for a manager and they sent 2 assistant managers first. The first person I spoke to offered first aid then agreed to grab someone else. Then another manager came and was a little bit short with us. After asking to escalate this further, finally, the store manager Gabby A, came to "help". She walked up to the service counter and didn't even greet me. I said, did the other manager fill you in? She replied, yes, and gave a very corporate "I apologize that this happened." She looked as if she was waiting for me to just leave. I was literally bleeding in the store and they kept saying, "sorry, corporate won't let us give anyone compensation" which is just untrue. My friend worked at Nordstrom's and said the managers are able to compensate people (only in extreme situations but bodily harm due to negligence was one of them). Maybe Nordstrom Rack is different and there isn't anything that can be done, but this doesn't change the fact that there are NEEDLES IN THEIR CLOTHES AND THEY ARE UNABLE TO COMPENSATE YOU IF YOU GET STABBED. They will say they are not liable because they "offered first aid" but that doesn't heal the 5 inch gash on my leg. When I said I was upset about the service she replied, "I'm sorry you feel that way." Just the most dismissive way to handle a situation like this. Normally, I wouldn't complain about anything at a corporate retail store cuz who cares (they certainly don't care about us)--but the negligence of their staff gave me a 5 inch laceration. It's a safety hazard, it's disgusting, and it's unacceptable. I wish I had a picture of the fitting room as proof because Gabby A's probably gonna gaslight me into thinking it's not a big deal Anyways, avoid at all costs. The selection was poor, everything was disorganized, none of the clothes or shoes were in the right size, and MOST importantly, there are sharp needles in the clothes. I would just go to Marshalls or TJ Maxx. Gabby says, "if corporate chooses to reach out, you might hear from them for compensation." (With the undertone of, don't hold your breath) So I'll update this if someone reaches out with compensation.

This store has a great selection of designer jeans. I go to the dentist office in this center and usually check out this store afterwards. Throughout the time, I was impressed with their jeans selection. But this time I'm writing a review to complement the staff. Apolonia is the lady who super patient with me and helped me with an exchange. The price tag on the item I wanted ti get was mixed up, but she patiently went through the process of helping me. I used to be in customer service and know how stressful it could be when many people are waiting in line to be helped. But she remained kind and patient the whole time. I really appreciate staff like her everywhere I go. She should get a promotion! I took one star off my review because the store layout makes it a bit challenging to navigate through items and shop for what you need.

My wife and I came here to pick up her wallet she purchased online. Afterwards, we went to the watch department because I want to get a new watch. We were there for 30 minutes and no one came to assist us. Can't even find a body to assist us. Just lost a customer!!!!!
