This place was horrible! We had one of the workers try and come into our room in the middle of the night. I couldn’t sleep after that. On top of that you have to pay for parking and they only have limited spots. I’m still shaken up from the guy trying to come into our room…. Don’t ever stay here!!!!

We’ve stayed here few times. They charge for parking which is weird but downtown you have to pay usually too? This place isn’t downtown. It’s hella far from most stuff. Also it’s not specified in most travel apps that there is a parking fee? They refuse to let you check in early as well. We had a funeral to attend and didn’t want to leave our luggage in the car in a parking lot in SF right now. If you know you know. We stayed there 5/11/2024 and they tried to enter our room in the middle of the night. My wife couldn’t sleep after that. Definitely not staying here again. We got the same room this time as we did for the last time and it has definitely seen some ware. 2 star is a stretch. They wouldn’t even come to the counter to check us out today after the crazy late night illegal room entry fiasco. We had planned to use this hotel every time we can back to SF but that was insane. I’ve stayed at hundreds of hotels and never once had a late night room entry while sleeping. Dudes very lucky.

First time I've ever been in a hotel with linoleum floor, scuffed heavily, needs replacement. Armchair falling apart for years. Side table full of cigarette burns, strong odor of smoke in room. Beds are some weird size, I'm 5'9" and my feet hung off, barely 2 people wide. Lamp shade caved in, bed sheets full of holes, only 2 pillows per bed. Walls paper thin, could hear each individual word the neighbors said, and they were up 2am-9am. Hotel clerk could barely be bothered to do her job. Rooms weren't cleaned daily unless you ask, the opposite of every other hotel on earth. Area pretty sketchy, people very clearly living in the motel. Price was reasonable, that's the only pro.

Total catfish on the internet! Place was not a 3 star hotel by any means! Strongly recommend paying more to not stay here!!Safety: Horribly safety! Door had screws coming out of it! Put a wire chair, yes wire chair in front of the door so I would at least wake up if someone came in!!

Don't stay here. I came here to do some work during the day before a fun weekend. The bed sheets were dirty when I came in, the floor is dirty and hard, the pillows are cardboard, and the wifi didn't work on multiple devices. I talked to the manager about it and instead of apologizing or anything, he immediately started arguing with me. I pulled up my phone to show him, it worked in the office and I didn't have to re-login. So it proved my point that I did it properly but it wasn't working in the room. That still wasn't enough for him and he kept arguing. Don't stay here, it's overpriced for what you get.

We have not even arrived and I already feel that the service is terrible. I made a reservation for February 8 by mistake. I have called many times to change it for the 9th, which is the day we will arrive, but they answer me and minutes later they hang up on me without any solution. I sent several emails and guess what... Without any response on the page I don't see where I can modify the reservation or cancel it because if that is what it is, I can't imagine being there, terrible customer service, I don't know where I can contact you because the reservation is still active and I need to modify it or, failing that, cancel it

Rooms are clean and comfortable beds.However, parking is charged separately, and since it was a weekday, I got lucky, apparently. The only bad thing is that they take $100.00 for the security fee, and it takes days for you to get it back. I did not know about it until I saw my bank account. I've been waiting for almost a week, and when you call to ask, they hang up on you purposely, or you get transferred somewhere else.The front desk was really nice but I think they should let you know and it doesn't show on your receipt.

Staff was friendly enough and location was convenient as picking up family member from SFO. Room however had an unpleasant smell and thin walls where you could hear neighbor: overall wasn’t that nice as under the blanket/sheet of bed were blood stain and dirty. Towel found inside refrigerator. Despite the saying you get what you pay for, truly believe the staff or property owner owes it to do a better cleaning .

Front desk person was nice, rooms were clean, shower worked great, enough space in parking lot, only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the restroom but other then that, it was a good stay and I'd still come back in the future.

Drug addict everywhere they lie about having Security people are in the parking lot chilling all night talking loud. Oh yeah water from upstairs leaking down into my doorway and over $400 of deposits still not giving them down save your time and money. Do not go to this place. I left my towels outside so the housekeeping can get them even called before so they can come get them. They didn't come get them for two whole days so they were outside and I didn't get any new ones. Utensil's had food from previous guest.
