Total fail on at&t roadside non-assistance! Blown tire, tried fix a flat, called and asked cost rep for tow truck with air pump to be sent in case could just be filled with air after fix a flat stuff set and then tow after if it wouldn't hold air. Got sent car with air compressor instead. Air wouldn't hold. Called back and said to second rep that I needed the tow truck now that I had requested originally and hadn't been sent. Told that the provider would call me within ten minutes with estimate to arrival. Thirty minutes later I called back and informed next agent that I hadn't received provider call. They checked records and said a provider was never called by second rep. Third rep found another provider and informed me it would be $63 extra above the allowance but couldn't tell me what the allowance was and that it would be two hours before truck would reach me. Paid extra $63. Ninety minutes later called provider who said they had no record of the request from at&t! Called back to fourth rep, after almost three hours now, who blamed the provider. Spent almost an hour waiting for her to try and find a provider who wasn't an additional $200 or more extra! The best she found was one who was an additional $70 more. So finally towed for $133 extra and four to five hours extra wasted time because your service s.u.c.k.s! I will be filing a formal complaint to be reimbursed for my wasted time and wasted extra money! Don't use at&t roadside assistance! ABSOLUTE FAIL! Get 100 mile AAA plan instead. It costs more but one experience wasting time and money with at&t roadside and you'll realize why it's cheap crap!
