I'm so disgusted and disappointed with this place...they're supposedly 24 hrs, yet when I tried to get a carwash I was declined saying have to wait til 8am???? Like whatever and that employee was almost laughing at me when she's more the laughing stock you

I was there on Thursday, Oct 20 around 12 noon. The supervisor and clerk didn't know how to handle my free carwash. She said the manager will return at 1:30pm . She is a liar! Be careful!

Terrible service from the MANAGER. I went into the car wash with a PREPAID code, all of a sudden the car wash says that it's out of service, so I go park and come inside and told them the situation and they gave me another code saying that the only issue was the code. Clearly not, I went back into the car wash and the code said "not authorized". So AGAIN, I go inside and tell them, they give me a THIRD code, when I had just asked for a refund. She said try again or you have 30 days to use it??? Like okay, last chance. I go back to the car wash, enter the code and low and behold the code is DENIED. So at that point I just pay at the kiosk for another car wash and go in, get my car washed. I finish up and go back inside to get refunded for the first one I paid for that obviously didn't work the past three times. They call the manager over, first of all no greeting or anything so very rude. And instead of apologizing for the inconvenience as I had to step in to the store three times, she asked me "what's wrong with the car wash??? We fixed it. You're just using it wrong!" Like what? I literally took photos of the kiosk to show her. She was asking me questions as if I was trying to get away with a free wash when I had already paid twice at this point and wanted a refund for my first code that didn't work. Nice young man apologized but the manager was rude and useless. It was apparently so hard to give me $15 refund.

The supervisor on duty 8/21/22, 2pm was disrespectful and demeaning to her coworker. Public shaming is not acceptable especially in front of customers. I gave her the feedback and she rationalized that he doesn't learn. It's not a pleasant customer experience. I hope she can learn that everyone deserves dignity and respect.

This place sucks! I was in on Friday night 7/15 and the cashier would sell me any of the baked goods at the register in the glass case! Claimed they were for in the "morning?" What the heck kind of customer service is that?!! Was I being discriminated against?

I would give 0 stars if I could. Small Asian lady at the counter was extremely hostile and rude just because I wanted a replacement for my food as it was watery and looked awful when I got it. I came in and had to wait which I was fine with but when I wanted to replace what I bought she demanded I purchase my item again when it was disgusting from the start. Please just go to another gas station! definitely would NEVER recommend to stop even if needed. HONEST REVIEW.

I needed air for my tire and the machine was broken. I found this out AFTER I paid. For Air??? Customer service was horrendous, I won't be back.

This is a formal complaint about the store management Rocio. This lady has absolutely no skills to be a store management. On the evening of November 24th, I took my car to the car wash at this location which is located at 398 Gellert Blvd. When I finished washing the car and went back to the garage, something terrible happened. I found a lot of scratches and paint peeling on the front right side of the car, my car even went from a shiny finish to a matte finish. I immediately went back to gas station and tried to report the issue to their staff, But I was told that their manager wasn't there, none of these people knows how to handling my situation, they asked me to come back and talk to their manager on Friday. On Friday afternoon I returned to the same place and was told that their manager was not there. After some tossing and turning, I was told that their manager worked at another store which is located at 390 Hickey Blvd. I reached out to the management Rocio by phone and tried to explain my situation to her, but instead of trying to understand the cause of the matter, she was very indifferent to me and told me that they're not responsible for any damage caused by the car wash. I had to go to her place of work and show her how my car was doing. She threw the car wash incident report form right in my face instead of saying Hello. I took her to my car and tried to show her where it had been scratched, but was met with a cynical look on her face, she even tried to pass the buck by saying that the scratches on my car weren't from their car wash. Really? Rocio, do you really think you will knows my car better than myself? She even tried to tell me that they posted a disclaimer outside the car wash and told me that I can go to take a photo if I like. But hey! However, the disclaimer does not mean that you do not need to maintain your equipment to cause all this damage to my car even though I have followed the rules. All right, I completed the car wash incident report form and asked her when I would hear back, but I was told " I DON'T KNOW" on every single question I had asked after I had the incident form get completed. "Nothing else I can do it for you, your situation are took over from our corporate office now" she said. Mrs Rocio, as a store manager, do you feel your attitude, your ability to work, and your customer service are really what a manager should be? Based on your attitude and ability to deal with problems, I will definitely follow up my situation, if you don't want to deal with it, I'll deal with your corporate office, if your corporate office doesn't want to deal with it, I'll go over to the Best Business Bureau. Because I believe customers should be treated as they should be treated.

This is the second closest gas station to my house but it's my first choice when I need to buy something I regularly buy at a gas station or when I need to pump gas.The friendliest people work here. I've had many encounters where the cashiers are smiling and making jokes. They appear to be genuinely happy working together at this gas station. The place is always clean and there's never a bad smell or something shady going on. They always have my drink in the fridge which is always nice to see because other gas stations run out.Not every day I come online to review a gas station but I had to come here and give credit where it's due.

I like this store so much i always find everything i need before heading to work, coffee is always fresh and tastes good for a cheap price. I normally come to get gas and carwash since i get a good deal with the rewards program. Store always clean today a nice lady help me out good customer service.

This is a great place for getting gas, something to eat, and to get your car washed but the customer service here is bad. You can earn points towards cash for fuel, food and free car washes as well. Also, you have entitled people that come in here and don't want to wait in line and bump into you. This woman I encountered today was in a rush that she almost bumped into me and cussed the cashiers out. First of all lady, you're not the only one that has to stand in line. Second, stop with the entitlement BS. I can't stand people like that. If you want to go here to get your car washed I suggest come here early in the morning.

This is probably the cleanest gas station store I’ve ever been! The selections are enormous. The store is huge. The cashiers are friendly. One of the cashiers was distracted because the customer was awkwardly flirting with her that caused a bit of a line. Then the customer told the people in line to go to the other register instead. It’s annoying but I don’t think the cashiers were trained to handle customers trying (badly) to flirt with them. The customer even bought $1 scratcher to prolong the conversation. Dude, $1 scratcher is NOT going to impress ANYBODY!

The young tall stack load lady who works there is soooooo rude to my daughter who is only 3 years old. Who the hell goes around being fucken rude toward toddler. Was willing to drop money for a straw but this rude-must be lonely -no life have the audacity to throw straws behind her causing a scene and say she (3year old) only allowed one or two. Shouldn't be a big deal like, we was going to buy what ever it cost for how ever much my child was going to ask for, but to be all attitude and make a child cry is f****** rude. The other elderly lady was very nice and gave us some straws so there was a kindness restored for this gas station if it wasn't for her. But dame I hate going to this gas stations. Drive somewhere else cause unless you like rudeness in its core by all go there but I will never forget how she- (stack load rudeness )made my child feel. And if manager is reading this. Do something about it cause you need one less rudeness in your work environment and if she happens to be the manager(which I doubt that) correct your self in a mirror.
