Man do I love Loop Gas Stations! They're so awesome!! I love the one here in Daly City! They sell siopao and dimsum at their spot!!! Gas Dimsum and Siopao is all I need whenever I wanna stop for gas lol!! So sad it's not like this everywhere else! Also thanks for the great service!!! Price is awesome !! Staff is doing their job :) Harmony in Action! Thank you also for suggesting soy sauce w/ lemon for the siomai dimsum! It goes well with it!????? I 100 percent recommend this place! They're coffee is strong too!!! And freshly ground

I usually get the most expensive car wash here which is about $15. However it's used to be $10 so definitely went up in price. It's a convenient location in Daly City if you're in the area and need a car wash. The machine usually does a good job. But for some reason this last time I went there was still some bird poop on my window which was disappointing.

I work 2 blocks from this station. The pumps are old as dirt. No exaggeration -- the card readers break at least once a week and are "out of order". This means all gas must be purchased inside. The loop itself seems nice at first with its modern appearance and vast array of offerings. Until you realize the cash registers (which appear modern too) have their own problems at least once a week. These issues make shopping here for gas both frustrating and inefficient. I go up the street now to Hillside gas ... in and out without the BS of corporate Stoop d'Loop.

I entered to purchase 1 item. Transaction with cashier began nicely. She asked me a question which I answered. I guess she asked another question that I totally missed/didn't hear because she insulted me in Tagalog to the all dressed up woman behind her (manager probably). She continued to say a few more things about me while I counted my change. As I waited for her to complete the sale, I told her in Tagalog that I understood everything she said. She looked up at me surprised and didn't apologize. I didn't say thank you when I left. They don't deserve it.

The option to use your credit card or debit card frequently doesn't work, likewise when it does work you can only receive your receipt at the pump occasionally. On positive note, staff are friendly.

I came here for gas and saw that it was a Shell Station which I am signed up for the rewards program where you enter your number and you'd get 5 cents off each gallon of gas.I came in and paid the Indian clerk $25 for gas, then I asked if this was a Shell station and he said yes and knew I wanted to do rewards. I punched in my number and it didn't work. He went back to restart the transaction so I can punch in my number. Overall I liked how patient he was and restart the transaction so I can do my rewards and get 5 cents off each gallon. I've been to another Shell , the one at Alemany and Geneva and that clerk Neil was impatient. This guy had great customer service skills and was nice and patient.I also liked how clean the store was and the impressive selections of snacks and beverages. They even have a froyo machine.

They break the law here by not refunding money for the service that was not provided, which was carwash. Stay away

I paid for carwash at the gas pump. Apperently carwash wasnt open and I asked for refund. Employees refused to give one, which is against the law! Stay away

One of the most organized overpriced 24hr stop next to a gas station you’ll find in DC. Cleanliness & good service. Get a loop card and you’ll get perks on stuff once in a while (they’re free).

This loop has had their bathroom closed for at least 2 months. Other Loops in the area keeping their bathrooms open. They use the excuse of not having adequate cleaning supplies- I would have believed this a month ago but not now. They are cutting back on labor and cleaning costs while essential workers are unable to use the bathroom or wash their hands.

I recently got gas from here and snacks a red velvet cake and two bags of snack sized pickles. Long story short I ate them a day later and immediately threw up like after the second pickle the date on the bag? May 22 2020. It was may 31st! I know you should always check the bag but getting instant food poisoning I will forever and always check the best buy date and now I'm terrified of eating pickles and getting sick.

Service is awful, they sell scratch tickets but they don't cash always one excuse , if you are a retailer you must cash out or stop to sell lottery tickets.
