LensCrafters in Macy's at Serramonte is by far the best experience I've had when choosing glasses. So many options, but the best part of the experience was the lady who helped me name Cellie! She wasn't trying to just sell me anything, was extremely patient with me and made sure that I left there with the right pair of glasses and being very happy with my purchase. I had her full attention at all costs. She is one of the most amazing salesperson I have came in contact with in a long time. I felt cared for and genuinely appreciated with the service she provides. Great place with great service.

We bought a Prada eyeglasses 3 months ago . The frame is peeling it looks very fake???. The store manager was not helpful at all !!!!!

I’ve been coming here for the past 3 years! This location has fantastic staff and doctors who make you feel welcome with any questions. Ask for Cellie as your Optometry Assistant as she will make you feel welcome right away! Everyone is very nice and welcoming even if you’re a returning person!

I previously purchased glasses from their store, but after leaving them in my car for an hour, the glasses developed fine lines and cracks. I believed this was a quality issue and went to the store for a replacement, but they argued that it was my own fault and were unwilling to replace them. The customer service was extremely poor. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), but it didn't seem to have any effect. Their products are 50% more expensive than other stores. I would suggest everyone get their glasses from Target instead. I am currently seeking a lawyer to initiate legal proceedings, and they will soon receive a case number.
