I have trust issues with mechanics, as many women of a certain age may have. I also know a little more about cars than I let on, and like to toss out some bait to check responses ;) These guys were definitely honest, no up-selling or trying to do unnecessary work. The cost of parts was on the low end of average, labor costs were totally reasonable. Of course they charged a fair price for the thorough inspection, but I needed the information and they helped me prioritize how to stay on the road and when to expect the right time to cut my losses, because I have a few costly repairs on the horizon for my Mercedes with over 200k on it. They DEFINITELY could have up sold, but actually advised me against a repair that could likely be postponed while I decided how long I wanted to keep the car before trading it in. I'm now loyal all the way- this will be my shop from now on.

They diagnosed my car within the first 3 hours after dropping off at noon. They ordered parts and got my car done within a short amount of time after they received the parts. They are my new mechanics.

I brought my car in about a month or so ago because I had the check engine light on and some problems accelerating and turning my car on. I ordered my own parts and they offered me a very fair price for replacing all of my spark plugs and ignition coils - way cheaper than other places were quoting me for the same labor. A few weeks later I noticed my car was still running a little funny, so I brought my car back in for them to run diagnostics and see what the problem is. Turns out nothing is really wrong with my car and they explained why I thought there was a problem (I don't know anything about cars) and reassured me that my car was just fine. They didn't even charge for the diagnostic. If you are having problems with your car, bring it here! They are very kind, thorough, and will not take advantage of you. I will be bringing my car here in the future for any problems it may have.

Took my 04 GS here for a full front suspension overhaul and coilover install. The price was better than other shops quotes so I ended up taking my car there. The owners are friendly and professional and the shop is clean. I had one issue with my passenger side upper control arm where they installed it backwards so the steering was completely off. When I took it to the alignment shop they saw that the uca was installed backwards, they said with the spc uca's sometimes the factory install the ball joints on the same side so you just need to flip one. I took it back, they fixed it within a few hours and they paid for the first alignment and were very apologetic. Was able to get it properly aligned and now the car drives like a dream. Very happy with the outcome and would definitely cone back as the price was better than most shops and the owners are trustworthy, Just need to improve the quality control.

I had needed some work done on my car and K & B was very accommodating. I was able to go in and get a quote for service and they ordered the parts that day. They also kindly and clearly explained each problem and part, which helped me understand exactly what I was paying for, and to help me understand my vehicle better! They charged a very fair price. I got another quote before going to K & B that said the same work there would cost me more than double (which I have now learned was a scam). All in all K & B does trustworthy, transparent and great work! My car runs great now!

I brought my Mustang here for spark plug and oil change and was greeted by Kelvin and his technician. He is very friendly and gave me a great price. After they finished doing the work my car runs like a champ. If you are in the neighborhood and need your car fixed bring it here. They are professionals and will do a great job.

Best deal fast service please don't come here because you'll take away my chances of getting my car serviced... lol jk they did an excellent job my car felt very smooth after the transmission oil drain & fill. I will be back for other services.

I give these guys five stars. I came here with some noise issues with my suspension. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable knew what was wrong with my car. Within 5min they check it and tighten some bolt. Told me to go around the block the noise was gone. Went back ready pay and they say don't worry about it. Awesome people here.

these guys wanted $900 in labor to install coil overs when the shop down the street did it for $500 and returned the car in the same day.
