normally, I love Joann's, which is why I gave them two stars. I go to them for all my crafting needs. but it's now been 3 weeks since I placed an online order and my items haven't been shipped, they cancelled two of the items without any notice (you need to open the order on the app to see), and no idea when it'll arrive. They say the order should arrive within 10 days of ordering if you live in the continental US, which I do. just frustrated that I ordered Christmas gifts from them and I'll need to buy more elsewhere then deal with the returning process when they finally arrive, probably mid January.

Their management team really needs to get it together because this store is always understaffed. It's impossible to get help and you have to wait in line forever bc there's always only one cashier.

It was the day after thanksgiving, so it was time to get into the Christmas spirit. We get to Joann's, and it wasn't as crowded as we thought it would be, and there were definitely all the Christmas decor that we were looking for. We were ready to drop some cash. There were LOTS of sales (but the prices seemed like regular price in the end... but that's ok. We knew what we were getting ourselves into). We got what we came for, the staff were as friendly and helpful as they could be, and we left with a lot of fun stuff! The only thing that was a little irritating was that there were no shopping carts. Really strange, but I guess good for us in the long run. Very awkward walking around the store with all the garlands and ornaments hanging off our arms, but it was ok. Not a big deal, and of course we'll be back.

DO NOT ORDER FABRIC ONLINE. They don't always send the entire length in one piece. The fabric I ordered was delivered in two pieces, in two separate packages, and days apart from each other. At the store, at least you can get your fabric cut in one piece.

Really well organized and has a good selection of fabric. The parking situation is tough, which makes order pickups a bit difficult as pickup spots are often full. Attendants are really nice and willing to offer advice when needed. Overall very happy to have this Joann's close to me

I went here with my partner, and we wandered around looking at Halloween displays. I love how serene it is, and the employees are always willing to help!

Better selection than most joanns, but the staff is hired from the land of the living dead. Every check out line is 20 minutes and that is after you wait to get your fabric cut. Hire more people!!!
