This workshop is one of the worst I have visited, they only give you 30 days of time in case something is wrong and they do the work quickly but they do it by covering the gaps they make, they help you with the deductible but it costs you double after 30 days and they promised to use original parts and it turns out that they not only cover the damage, I returned a month and a half to notify the lady because I got covid at that time and nothing could be done because she made me sign that after 30 days one You cannot complain and what is cheap is expensive.

My car was completely crashed a few days ago and I needed quick and comprehensive service for my car. I had never gotten into a crash before and wasn't sure what the process was like. The team at J&M Autobody helped me every step of the way and made this process so very easy. Esmerelda, in the front office, was very transparent with me about pricing and how everything around insurance would work. Their capable team of mechanics got my car in and out of a shop very quickly. I was super informed every step of the way and the team at the shop answered all of my questions in a great manner. They were everything I could've asked for in a auto repair shop. I'll be recommending them to all of my friends.

Any time when you were hit by another car by someone that's not pay any attention behind the wheels is always very stressful and on top of that he didn't have insurance.The next I did was took my to A & J Auto Body on Carter St. near Geneva Ave. The office manager was very helpful and compassionate even I was feeling sorry for the guy that hit my car because we are living in a very difficult time. The office manager gave him a good price so I was able to get my car fixed the following week without getting the insurance co. involved.Thanks Esmeralda of A & J Auto Body did a very good job on the damaged. And I was able to pickup my car on the day she promised.I highly recommend this A & J Auto body.

I'd give this shop 6 stars if i could. Great communication, work ethic and prompt attention/good work. Trustworthy, which is saying something by a woman dealing with auto businesses as I often feel my lack of knowledge on the subject matter is taken advantage of. Much more affordable than in SF proper so I always have my work done down here.

Just finished service with J&M and I must say it went very smooth. They were very detailed in informing every service that was performed on repairing my Mercedes 350, dealt with my insurance (Geico) and got my vehicle running in less than a week. The staff was very friendly, and easy to talk to. I definitely recommend this body shop and I am glad to know a body shop that is friendly and trustworthy.

Esmeralda and her team did a great job on my Honda Element. They worked quickly and now it looks brand new again. They even cleaned my car before returning it to me! Thank you J&M.

I had chemical spill damage to the hood of my 2014 Subaru Forester. Dave Garcia and crew (including office staff) did a fantastic job of repair and repaint. I picked my car up today and it was fully detailed and looked like new!I would advise anyone to allow an extra day or so to the time estimate to help insure they are not rushed and can continue their quality work.I would recommend this auto-body shop to everyone. Easy access while your car is being renewed using BART to Balboa Park Station then the #8 Muni bus to the Carter Street stop.Services: Painting

Best service in repairing. Okay at first I was not familiar with the process or where to start, but J & M was very helpful in stepping in and getting my vehicle repaired. They handled everything with care and reached out to me explain everything in detail to keep me informed of the work. I'm just glad they have a good relationship with Geico my insurance carrier and they did an excellent job considering it was a $9000 repair, fast and easy. My car looks brand new, thank you David and team you did an excellent job.

This is review is long over due. Brought my car here a few times, they always do a great job! Usually having car issues is stressful, but they take the stress away. Quality work, quality service! Def recommend going here for your auto body needs.

The best workshop where I could have had my 69 'chevy. I congratulate all those who participated in this great project. I totally recommend it if you have a classic project or any other, it is a great workshop to do any type of restoration, the workers are very involved with the client! I recommend it 100%

Going to JYM is very pleasant, safe and profitable since I had a problem with the car's brass and in less than a week I had already received an email that it was ready and without the hit, it was profitable since it was not very high the cost and I felt very safe to leave my car there since I realized that they have many years of experience in this work, congratulations for the good work I am very satisfied with my result! J&M is by far the most professional skilled honest and dependable auto body shop that anyone could need.I had a small scrape on my Tesla and the shop did a great job in a short time. I picked up my car and similes as I drove away.??
