This man robbed us of seeing us women. He took advantage and abused our trust. He stole from us! Be careful. According to what he "inspected" the car that had nothing, he charged us more than $1,000 and the only thing he did to the car was the oil change. It's not right to take advantage like that and make money by stealing. Don't go to this place. Very bad we were clients of this place for 4 years now we know that they always rob us. He took advantage of the fact that we are women and don't know about cars. He always charged us no less than $2,000 every 6 months when we went. Pure stealing. We never thought we would have to do this review. Be careful with this place.

Edgar is honest, professional, empathetic and VERY detail-oriented. He sends narrated videos to show the progress of the servicing. As an added bonus, he is excited about his work. It would be difficult to find a mechanic with all of these attributes. My car (BMW 325IT) is 22 years old and I love it. Edgar has kept it running well for years. I am a believer, and when you have your car serviced with him, you will be , too.

Edgar rocks! In an emergency, Edgar not only provided me a clear verbal diagnosis of my car woes, he also texted me photos and videos to ensure that I would not forget exactly what I needed. Edgar is the most honest mechanic I have dealt with. Detail oriented, very professional. Sends you the diagnostics and when repairing/working on the vehicle. He even sends video while installing the new part(s).I will not hesitate to recommend him to others.Services: Electrical repair

Best mechanic in town, while always keeping costs down when possible. If you want or need a mechanic you can trust, look no further Edgar is your mechanic. We've been using his services for over 19 years and we've always been content with his work and prices. He's definitely a No B******* man. He gives great advice on owning a vehicle; on whether the fix is worth doing or if selling the vehicle should be considered. He's extremely flexible with scheduling your maintenance or emergency repair(s) and he always makes every effort to try and accommodate your schedule. Edgar is incredibly professional and detail-oriented and I would not hesitate to recommend his shop. He did a pre-purchase inspection of a used car I was considering buying and found multiple issues that were not reflected in any history reports or the dealership's own inspection report.

Hello all, I was a new customer to Edgar and his staff. My BMW 535i hadn't been serviced since I bought more than a year ago. I finally had time to address just basic services and found the place on the internet as a "near me". I can't tell you how pleasantly surprised I am to have taken my car there. Being new to the bay area, I didn't know what to expect or where to go. Edgar and his team had all the services done, as promised and exactly at the time committed and for a reasonable price considering the breadth of services that had to be caught up. I highly recommend this place and they will be my dedicated "go to" mechanic. TK

Shop owner Edgar always provides expert professional vehicle diagnostics and service. He'll explain every aspect of the services provided to your vehicle issues. After all my vehicles warranty expired, I would have Edgar continue to provide service and maintenance. It enable me to continue driving my vehicles safely for a extended amount of time. All my vehicles had a great re sale value duy to the quality maintenance provided by Import World Auto.
