“I'm a pretty tough critic so here we go:

My friends and I were coming here to see Zedd at Bill Graham but since some of us were driving in I wanted to find somewhere with free parking and, if possible, free breakfast. This place had both and it was near enough to where we wanted to be so I said sure, let's try it.

Check-in was easy and the front desk was always helpful throughout my stay. For instance, since some of my friends were driving up Saturday I asked if their room could be as close to us as possible, which they did do for us. Yes there is free coffee and tea 24/7, and there's a station at the water fountain to refill a water bottle as well which is always nice and environmentally friendly. Love that.

First thing I noticed when I walked into the room was that there was an actual door to the bathroom, and not one of those sliding ones which I HATE and everyone seems to have nowadays. But, upon exploring, there are also bathrooms elsewhere in the hotel to use if yours is occupied by a friend who takes long showers. Love that. The TV did have Live TV as well as some streaming options -- Netflix and YouTube were the only two we used. There wasn't any options for like HBOMax or Paramount+ or Disney+ ... I wish we could access all our streaming accounts but those worked well enough for us.

The gym downstairs -- one of the larger gyms for sure that I've seen in a hotel. My friend and I worked out in there, watched some TV while working out. Loved all of that.

When I was hungry I wanted to just walk somewhere to grab some food and right downstairs was a sandwich shop which I thought was good. The next day we walked to the In-N-Out which was maybe a 5-7 minute walk, along with a Krispy Kreme and then we walked to the CVS a little further away. All so close and convenient. Loved all that.

I mean, other than that, the only downside I saw was that the water pressure was a little light but I can live with that. So glad I decided to try out this hotel bc now when I come to SF I will consider this as one of my top options.”

“Arnold and denise, are so pleasant, and always,working so hard , they make sure all customers are well taken care of so nice, very clean rooms, I highly recommend to all..A+++ best management i see..thanks for all you do?”

“The service was good. The price was better. The availability and flexibility was super clutch. It is what it is. A NIGHTLY motel on the side of the road with reasonable price and readily available rooms. Only knocks were that the smoke detector was missing, obviously someone was trying to fire up, easy fix. The sink in bathroom has a slow drain, also a possible easy fix, and the showerhead could be changed as well, more of a customer comfort thing tho.It's not a 5 star but it's exactly what I needed and better than what I expected.”

“Very convenient location for event at Cow Palace. The hotel is cozy and, clean and friendly owners. Water and snacks provided constantly and available to pickup at the lobby.Nearby activities: Near Cow Palace”

“I’ve stayed here many times and each and every time has been pleasant. The manager here is amazing! He’s always been extremely kind and professional. The rooms have always been clean and comfortable. There is a $10 parking fee but you are able to park right in front of your room which is great.”

“Front desk person was nice, rooms were clean, shower worked great, enough space in parking lot, only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the restroom but other then that, it was a good stay and I'd still come back in the future.”
