Bad customer service! I waited too long in the line. Cashier don’t know how to fold and having hard time taking out hangers because she got a long nails and the manager didn’t even apologized to me when I waited for her to get my change and I need to mention she just drop my change in the counter! Came here on a Friday morning and the place was pleasantly not crowded at all. All the merchandise was stocked, everything felt clean and organized, and customers weren't stepping over each other to try and look at the racks. Fitting rooms were available and clean and I was able to quickly find a few things that I needed, check out, and be on my way. The staff is not the most attentive or frankly, seem that enthused to be there, but hey, it's retail and I get it.

If I can leave 0 stars, I would. This place has the worst customer service ever. The employees need definitely need to be retrained or replaced. I have shopped at h&m for years and as a 'bigger' guy, I have never had issues with the company or their customer service. Today, I had decided to go shopping for shirts and had asked a worker by the name of 'Gabriel,' if they had a specific shirt in XL. The worker had responded with insults and mockery before telling me H&M doesn't carry that size. I have never had issues with sizes at h&m before nor terrible customer service. H&M needs to do better!
