I like this mall especially after all the improvements & some renovations but the worst thing is the men's bathroom smells horrible. You can smell a bad odor even before getting inside most especially the mens by the food court. I've been to all the men's restrooms & they're all smells really bad. Hope someone will pay attention & do something about it. It's disgusting.

The Peninsula mall scene is pretty damn mid when it comes to shopping in 2023. The one with the most options is easily Serramonte if you are looking for clothes and especially shoes. Also home to the best food court solely for the reason they a delicious Jolibee! Best fast food fried chicken in the world. I digress, I went here looking for some new shoes and some clothing pieces for an upcoming trip. For sneakers, they got a JD sports, Foot Locker, Champs, and shoe palace for all your Nike needs. Premium basics, Uniqlo is the spot, and the selection at this store is pretty good. Serramonte is also home to some big brands like Macys, Targets, Dicks Sporting Goods, which is something no other mall in the area can compete with. In terms of overall selection, this is the best one stop shopping mall left on the peninsula. Oh and they got a chick-fil-a!

One of my favorite mall when I am in The City. I love their food court; try Naan n Curry and thank me later! Everything is pretty clean but saw many business closed down during my recent visit. I sincerely hope that business will come back to this amazing mall.

Growing up, I use to come here all the time when I visited my aunt and cousins in Daly City. I think the last time I was here was back in high school. That is like decades ago. Over the years, my cousins would tell me the mall was getting bad. No one was shopping there anymore. There was a lot of vacancies. I came here on a weekend. I was close by and needed to kill some time. The outside on some areas looks a little run down. The old stores, like Macy's. The places where they have new restaurants or stores looks good. The parking lot was pretty full. There were a lot of shoppers in the mall. The mall was nice. There were plenty of stores to shop at and had a nice food court. I guess the mall was revitalized. It's a nice mall to walk shop at.

OMG I haven't been here for so many years. When I was younger I use to come out here a lot. It has changed a little. Lots of different shops. I went on a Saturday so really busy. The place was packed. When we parked a van had somehow moved from it's parking space and was blocking the entire lane. People had to back up down the drive to get out of the parking lane. Crazy. Back to the review hahah. The mall has I think 4 large isles coming off the center. Lots of stores. Many Asian type since there are a lot of Asians in this area. The food court shows that to. I saw at least 6 Asian food types. Which is a lot for a food court. They even had an Uncle Tetsu which are really good and unique cheesecakes. I did noticed that outside Macy's really needs some landscaping or something it looks horrible.

After all these years, Serramonte Shopping Center is still the happening place!How many malls have came and gone over the past few? I'm impressed at how Serramonte is able to remodel and innovate itself to keep a great selection of retailers at this shopping center. The shooing center has a great variety of shopping options - from large retailers like Macys, Target, Cost Plus World Market, Dick's Sporting Goods , to smaller & local shops like Divano Furnitures, Sola Salon, Sole & Laces, etc. You will find a variety of good eats here too! Recommended!

This is a great overall shoppping center. Its got lots of popular spots and very clean and safe. A good place to dilly dally during your holiday shopping extravaganza. And dilly dally i did. There is a Cost Plus, Target, Nordstrom Rack and Ross. So many good deals to be had and you better get them as there aren't that many more shopping days till Christmas. I'm not sure why large indoor malls are so out of style but they are. This is not some massive indoor mall - rather a place where you can park near the one store your interested in and walk directly in without having to walk past lots of stuff your not interested in. If you get tired and hungry Super Duper is now open. They have these signature curiously juicy burgers to give all the shopping energy you need. Those burgers leave five guys and in n out in the dust. This mall is vibrant and buzzing with shoppers and good deals. Think of the children's faces on Christmas day as they open some presents you found here.

Found this rare gem of a jewelry place called Gold Center in Daly City, Serramonte Center/Mall .The deals were out of this world, really good quality gold n diamonds collection with superb customer service given by the staff n the Manager Khalid was simply outstanding in his customer service & the deals & options offered.Glad I walked out of the so called fancy jewelry in-line stores & tried out this jewelry kiosk- they offer way better deals with awesome discounts & they also accept special custom jewelry of your design.Blessed to have found such a great place!Keep up the excellent customer service n deals!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
